Every so often something eminently tasty and fairly healthy hits your palette. Then WHAM!, you're hooked. Well the lemon grass chicken sandwich is damn good. Full of tasty fried chicken and delicious vegetables, I liked it very much. Bread was tasty too. I only added a lil' chili oil but it was spicy already so be careful. Other Lees dont feature this delicacy. Nice job. Fair price for a filling, tasty meal.

I’m a pretty frequent customer and usually it is a male that is at the register. Today I came in, and it was a woman who was sitting down in the dining room. I don’t have a problem with that. It’s just she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and when I was getting my order taken, she was being aggressive with the register and just being overall rude. She tried to charge me on one register, I told her I was using card. She went to another register. They were almost a dollar in difference and I asked what the difference was and she just decided not to tell me. She just charged me the lesser value. I just hope that this can be fixed.

This Lee’s was not very clean. The flap to the trash container was super dirty. I also got sick to the stomach after eating here. They should just clean it up.

Terrible service. Zero accountability for their errors. Avoid this location. I placed a food order on their website last Sunday afternoon and was sent a confirmation. Arrived at their shop at 5pm (1hr prior to their posted close time of 6pm) only to find the shop closed for the day - and was still charged for the order. When I called for a refund, the shift lead had no idea what to do and asked if I could call my bank to resolve the charge. Unacceptable to shift the responsibility over to bank/credit card company.

Hey Sza

They're very nice and accommodating people. Gave us sweets for no charge <3

I think it's haunted. A guy was walking out, and the chairs moved, and he tripped. Then he went back in to get his order, and it happened again. He looked like he saw a ghost, and i had no clue how to respond. Other than that, I love Lee's sandwiches, but this location didn't have a lot of items on stock.

More expensive than other Lee's and the woman that works the front with the pink hat is rude and angry all the time. Not good with customers.

It feels like a small cafe but offers quality food you find in something better than a cafe. Coming from the East Coast, this is the most refreshing chain that offered the tastiest sandwiches I've had so far. The meal size does not disappoint and it's freshly made. Service here was very hospitable. 10/10 will return anytime I need a filling bite.

The employee handling the register and sandwich making had zero customer service skills. The sandwich had too much mayo and the store itself looked dirty. On top of that, the restroom was closed. This place has really gone downhill from the last time I came here.

My husband brought home sandwiches, if you can call them that. They had two very thin slices of meat and a slice of cheese. So basically it was a croissant with a bunch of lettuce. Not worth the money. They should be ashamed of ripping off people.

$12 for a sandwich at this location OMG. That doesn't include a drink. The ones in the OC seem to be a little less..

The gentleman that was working register 3/6 around 12:30 p charged us for an extra coffee that we did not order. Though I understand that miscommunications happen, instead of offering resolution and taking the coffee back, he insisted we ordered it. This is even after explaining how the person he claims ordered it can't even drink coffee. It was a really... unique experience. I don't recommend. If you’re craving lees in Long Beach, be sure to check out the one on Anaheim just a few blocks over. I’ve had much better experiences there. :)
