I hope the owner sees this review I waited to write this review because I didn't feel it was fair to share my experience so soon after it happened. I waited several hours so that I had time to calm down and think with a clear mind. I stopped by today (Wednesday 2/22) with my 89 year old mother who desperately needed to use the bathroom. She just had a test done at Los Alamitos hospital that required her to drink lots of fluids. After the test was done I was driving her home when she suddenly felt the urge to use the bathroom and absolutely could not wait. She was so scared she would have an accident. When i stopped into Lina's donuts I practically begged and even offered to pay for my mother to use the restroom. The lady there said " no public restrooms" even after I told her it was an emergency. After several requests and telling her it was an emergency, she kept saying no restroom was available and even told me to go to a gas station. I again offered to pay. She finally relented but seemed so annoyed. I took my mom to the bathroom and just as we left I bought a croissant out of courtesy. The lady seemed so cold and unfriendly. I don't understand why it was so hard to let someone use your restroom. If I was a worker there and someone came in looking distressed and needing help, my natural human instinct would be to help them, even if it meant letting them use the bathroom. Shame on you for treating someone like they didn't t matter and for not showing kindness and understanding to another human being. One day this will come back on you and you will remember how you treated my mother and I today.

This is an interesting shop. They are definitely not good as Simone's, wish they were. I've seen them take donuts from different locations on the trays. Came to learn those donuts were not all the same. Some were much fresher than others. Also observed they don't keeping making fresh donuts as many donuts shops do. Simone's stands out! This is so sad, they once were great.

This place is very deplorable unclean and doesn't like people of color. I won't never return to this place again..
High priced compared to other shops. They charged extra if yo used a card for purchase but have a ATM machine in the store, anyway to get more money.
Local donut shop. Donuts are hit or miss. Sometimes they look and taste old, sometimes fresh.

Absolutely delicious donuts!! I had 2 chocolate cake donuts today and they were the best I've ever had. Highly recommended

Tucked away hole in the wall donut shop. They have lots of selections and drinks to choose from.
