For airport food, especially at a small airport at LGB, this is a great spot. It's located BEFORE security band has a nice selection of food and drink options as well as gifts and they are one of the few spots open before 8 am. Service is always so warm and friendly - the staff is there to make sure you get your order right. I have had their pesto panini (sub egg for turkey) and just ordered their breakfast egg sandwich. Pro tip: you can order online at their website! I did so in my Lyft and my sandwich was waiting for me after I checked my bags and I was on my way! Apparently I was the first non-airport staff to do so!

OMG that's stuck here at the airport waiting for luggage that was supposed to be here when we arrive but unfortunately didn't make the flight super hungry been traveling since 5 o'clock this morning... Did not wanna walk 20 to 30 minutes to the closest restaurant so we decided to come into the terminal and try the little brass café express... To my surprise we had a breakfast burrito one with extra bacon and one with crispy bacon and it was delicious!!!! The service was great the people were pleasant the place is very clean and the drinks were cold! :) ... Thank you little brass café express for feeding us when feeling famished! :)

Pleasantly surprised by this small airport kiosk. I hadn't heard of it before, but I was curious since there were a lot of people in line the previous time I was at LGB. I was greeted with friendly service and met with a hearty breakfast burrito. It wasn't the cheapest or the heftiest burrito ever, but it was a good deal given that it's situated in an airport. It was flavorful and unique given that it had hollandaise. I haven't had anything like it. There is a wide variety of things you can get here despite the small menu. I don't even see my burrito on the website. I like the mix of coffee shop, sandwich shop, and gift shop you get from here.

This cafe is a clear example of how you run a food location at an airport. (Yes I know LGB is a smaller airport; that doesn't invalidate the experience.)The ladies running the location were prompt, paid attention to their customers, and gave me some nice options for a quick lunch (when the area near the airport doesn't have good places to get a meal) before trying to find a place to sit in the Fisher-Price sized terminal. There's a wide option of breakfast and other foods & beverages, along with a decent amount of space to sit and charge devices, and I didn't find it to be grossly overpriced like the majority of airport food/beverage places.Obviously, space in this airport is at a premium, and if you're running late you may not stop here, because the cafe is before you get to TSA, right in the Departures terminal.Worth getting here early so you can sit down and enjoy a tasty bite to eat at a chill location.

What a cool place. Love the vintage prints. Breakfast burrito is great. Really good beer, drink, and ice cream selection. Met the owner, really nice guy. I really hope he thrives. Airport food is usually such a downer.

This little lovely cafe can be found near the check-in area when you arrive at LGB airport. I've have been here a million times and not once have I been disappointed. What you'll find here is nice people, great service, and delicious food items. **Also, they now have some vegan options as well** My favorite menu items are the Long Beach Bagel and Daugherty Spicy Flyer...yum sooo good! So before you fly, stop on by and give this place a try. Happy Eatings!

I went to their OG location - with guest chefs representing their culture through food, community events, and a simple chillful lounge but unfortunately closed down however I'm glad they have an express version holding down. Parking: It's an airport so structure parking Seating: It seems to be expanding as it gets popular but is great for family and groups. Feels: Long Beach is a lovely place. So lovely that one of their airport restaurants gets a Yelp review! Long Beach is a small, simple but pretty busy airport. It's pretty small with a few seats to chill before you get ready for TSA. They have a tv usually playing news or sports. Great for a grab and go or just to chill. FOOD: Brass Lamp Classic (Recommend) Smoked gouda, bacon, and jalapenos. Can't complain with such a lovely combo. Gouda was cheesy and fulfilling, bacon provided that savory crisy, and the jalapeno provided a nice kick to it. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! Friendly and quick. Can't complain. TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. Excellent! Bummed to see their brick-and-mortar location go but this is still a pleasant experience. Their menu may not be as cultural but it still holds down pretty well with their comforting meals breakfast/lunch to go sandwiches while giving that small business feel and a few rich flavors of Long Beach. This ain't your fast food or cold sandwich experience but whenever boarding or you're about to adventure of to SoCal, stop by here! Tips: * They have meal plans and catering services too * Available BEFORE TSA.

Wow! I was not expecting this! 5am flight from Long Beach to the Bay Area, found The Little Brass Cafe in the Long Beach Airport, like a beacon everything warm and caffeine laden. Ordered the pumpkin latte. I was not expecting to receive the best Pumpkin Latte I have ever had ..!! Keep in mind I've had probably a few hundred pumpkin latte's in my lifetime. The barista was definitely the difference maker here ! Strongly recommended !

Super clean and cozy. Great little local shop! Had our flights changed and had to putts around the air port for a few hours. Had both iced and hot coffee, both were great. Sad we don't have one in our home town. Didn't eat here but the paninis smelled amazing. Definitely a great little place.

This place is really good! And not super expensive like most airport food. Got the breakfast burrito, and the addition of hollendaise sauce was delicious.

Beyond courteous service, the best vegan quesadilla, and custom food to accommodate dietary needs. You made our long morning end with happy taste buds and full bellys!

We had a great lunch today at the Little Brass Café Express in the Long Beach Airport. The tuna salad was awesome as was the grilled cheese. However, the best part of our experience was Samantha! She was super accommodating and her energy was exceptional! We'll definitely eat here again and would highly recommend it to anyone flying through LGB.
