I placed an preorder at 3pm for pickup at 630pm, it's now 715pm and it's still not ready. They used to be really good. Idk what's going on. Looks like atleast 8ppl working.
Losing my business.

After being told that my wait for what I ordered would take 15 minutes, I was told that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes when I inquired after the 1st 15. Then I ended up with 3 cold pizzas anyway.

Placed an order at 8:08pm for delivery. Received a text at 9:05pm stating it would be delivered at 8:47pm which is odd because it was past that time. Watched the driver go to different houses on the tracking map and back to the restaurant. It was finally delivered at 9:25pm. Pizza was dry and overcooked. Not even warm. Called customer service who said they would refund me 100% but the email I received after stated 40% would be refunded.

They (and apparently all Little Caesars) completely stop taking orders 45 minutes before they close. Traditionally, that means a business would post hours that state they are closing 45 minutes earlier than are posted now. I guess Little Caesars doesn't follow the tradition of store hours that the rest of the U.S.A. does.

This location is the absolute worst! They never have hot n readys available. When you order online they always mess up the order or worse you go to pick it up and they can't find it. Avoid this location at all cost!

Ordered on the app and paid at the restaurant. Hot and ready,love it. All fast food chains catch up.

My boy (who only went to buy breadstick FYI) was refused to ordering bread sticks 45 mins before closing. Then he had to watch others walk out with fresh breadsticks for the 10 mins we needed to wait for a pizza to be cooked. ?‍? ....Then, after he got his pizza, he kindly asked 1 more time if he can order some too since others had them.
Sadly and Stupidly, this particular employee still refused to sell him the sticks. Her excuse to why others have them was because "those were ordered online" ??... Low key, I could tell he was completely bummed after that last remark but he's still young enough and didn't dwell on it.
My reason for even posting this story is to point out how stubbornly set on "NO" this employee was about giving him some breadsticks. I cannot comprehend why She couldn't throw some to be cooked alongside the Pizza but I don't work there. Nor do I pretend to know their Policies/Procedures but come on, how hard could it have been to go that extra step
