Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible service. I order on their app like I always do and only got half of my order they blamed it on DoorDash it was not DoorDashs fault. It was theirs. They couldn’t do anything about it but give me a partial refund. I can honestly say I won’t be ordering from here again.

so one day I walked into order a hot and ready The cashier said we don't have any right now you have to wait so I wait and then a customer comes in buys a hot and ready the cashier then proceeds to give them a hot and ready pizza I wait again another customer comes orders a hot and ready she's snd gives them a hot and ready right after so I ask why didn't I receive my order because i was here before them two , she said it just came out, so then i ask shouldn't i be the one to receive my order first sonce i purchased before the 2 customers... she then proceeds to tell me that it wasnt ready when i paid, and then i ask how dod they get their oizza first then if i had to wait???????? she clearly doesnt know how to do her job. young lady needs better service. she literally had me waiting and if i didn't say anything, i probably would be waiting until they closed. horrible service on the streets of Pacific coast highway and Lemon Street.

This is by far one of the best little Caesars I’ve ever went to for pizza. They really set the bar for fresh ingredients, made to order food, and I didn’t have any issues with any greasiness in their pizza or breadsticks and no stomach issues for my family either. We ordered three pizzas total and one order of crazy bread. My mother got a veggie pizza, my father got a pepperoni and I got a sausage, green bell pepper and pepperoni pizza with the cheesy stuffed crust. All of it was fantastic. The ingredients were definitely fresh, the sauce had a well ripened tomato taste, and wasn’t sweet like most pizza sauces are. Additionally, they also were not greasy or undercooked, which can be typical for most fast food pizza chains. I am grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend this particular store location. So if you’re having that pizza craving and want me to order food go to this location!

The crazy stuffed crust pizza is so delicious, paired with the stuffed crazy bread, your gonna have a food coma. Their marinara sauce is also so good, and don’t forget about the cheesy jalapeño, it’s the perfect amount of cheese to jalapeño ratio. Very good pizza, and also a good price.

I placed an preorder at 3pm for pickup at 630pm, it's now 715pm and it's still not ready. They used to be really good. Idk what's going on. Looks like atleast 8ppl working.

After being told that my wait for what I ordered would take 15 minutes, I was told that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes when I inquired after the 1st 15. Then I ended up with 3 cold pizzas anyway.

Placed an order at 8:08pm for delivery. Received a text at 9:05pm stating it would be delivered at 8:47pm which is odd because it was past that time. Watched the driver go to different houses on the tracking map and back to the restaurant. It was finally delivered at 9:25pm. Pizza was dry and overcooked. Not even warm. Called customer service who said they would refund me 100% but the email I received after stated 40% would be refunded.
