I ordered my pizza online for pick up. Sat in the parking lot until it was ready. When I got the notification that it was out the oven, I went inside to get it.. left and went down the street to the store. Opened the box, expecting nice cheesy hot pizza and the pizza was barely warm. I called them, and their only resolution was for me to drive back and they would make everything fresh. WHAT? Wasn't it supposed to be that when I picked it up. Make this make since. SMH. I order a LOT of lil Ceasars stuffed crust.. This was the first time I was truly disappointed. Will NEVER go back to this one on williow.

pizza is ALWAYS burnt. their “10 minute wait” is really 30 minutes even after ordering hours prior to picking up . cashier is ALWAYS have the ugliest attitude and don’t know to treat their customers. literally the WORSE Little Caesars ever .

I prefer this location (west side) because the hot and ready are typically ready and when it's super busy and one has to wait it's usually between 10-15 minutes. Other locations have a wait time of 45 minutes.Staff has been friendly. When asked to repeat the order they don't seem irritated.Their wings are pretty good. Love their bread sticks. Sodas are over priced but then again one is paying for the convenience so can't complain.Parking: Since it's located in a shopping center, parking is hard to come across depending on the time of the day.

The manager, Cynthia, and the entire crew have always been courteous and helpful. Their pizzas come out so quickly and are always delicious! Hot N Ready is always stocked.
Ordered online to pickup. After waiting about 15 minutes after it was promised, NOTHING in the portal!!! Had to ask for my order, thankfully the other people in line were ok with me "cutting in line."Lobby was dirty and CROWDED!! First time ordering from this location, and will NEVER order from this location again!!

It doesn't matter how you order- online, in person, or for pickup in the contact less machine. I ordered 2 hours ahead for a specific pick up time. Tell me why they couldn't get it ready in 2 hours? It was literally one basic pizza! The people working here have terrible communication skills and are rarely seen up at the front if you need them. It's so ridiculous and a huge waste of time.
