I always try to call to order my pizza for pickup. Not once has this location ever answered the phone. I always have to end up calling the one in Lakewood. It suck because this one is right next to my house. Not a good way to run a business. The phone will ring for ever no matter how many times you call. I understand here and then but I've called before and nobody answered so I drove to see if they had hot and ready pizzas and the place was empty. And they didn't have any.

They kept telling me 5 minutes 5 minutes and that they were just cutting my pizza. Then that became 20 minutes and even though I was standing inside the store and knew who I was, they still put the pizza in the container. After getting the pizza, they were still missing the sauces i ordered along with it. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get my sauces.

I know I did not wait 20 min for a pizza and on me I don't remember ordering no pretzel pizza but I guess it will do lol. The only reason I put 5 stars was cause we saw some guy steal a Pepsi and a sunkist out the fridge, smooth af lmao anyways please I would like my pizza not burnt k bye .

My friend called, and as he was trying to figure out our address, a lady hung up. Very disappointed.
Horrible experience, picked up uncooked and limp pizza. I tossed a few slices in the air fry to complete the cooking. Ugh. And now price gouging. $10 for pizza.

Awful. Just awful. Pizza sucked. Attendant was rude. Store was very dirtyHand sanitizer bottle was EMPTY and there were GREASY FINGER PRINTS all over the FRONT DOOR! YUCK!
