Ordered pizza today. Pizza was ready but the machine that scans the QR code was broken. Went to the counter no one wanted to come to see what I needed. 4 people working but three people just wanted to stare at screens. Finally got the guy tossing pizzas to come help me.

I always do my order on the app. Everytime I go pick up my order and take it home the pizza seems to not be cook all the way through. It's soggy. And too much sauce on the pizza makes it worse. I'm disappointed because they use to be very good but not anymore.

1st & last time coming here. By far the longest wait EVER at ANY Little Caesar’s location. HIRE MORE STAFF! Ridiculous wait times. People just came & left once they were told of the wait times, which were 40/50 minutes!

I have been to this place a few times and it seems like they take longer and longer to finish your order. The staff takes forever to even greet you. One of the times, my pizza puffs were burnt. This last time I was there, somebody was begging outside the entrance. When I went inside to retrieve my online order from the "portal," it wasn't there... Turns out it had been stolen. Don't waste your time going here.

The worst service I have had in these pizzerias. I ordered some pizzas and they placed my order. At 3 a.m. I do not recommend this pizza. They are abusive and do not know how to serve.

The customer service is commendable. Despite an initial billing error, the issue was swiftly resolved. While awaiting my pizza, a second staff member approached me, acknowledged the mistake, and promptly issued a refund. This was done proactively, without me even being aware of the overcharge.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Manager is lazy and unhelpful. I waited 25 minutes to be told my order was taken by someone else. Really??? Manager says "it happens". So this woman wanted me to wait another 30 minutes. That was a no. Train your staff.

Terrible customer service, it took them so long serving an employee right there to tell me that if I ordered a pizza I had to wait 25 minutes??? They are supposed to stand out for serving quickly, disappointed in this very bad branch, they should hire efficient people with a true vocation for customer service, zero recommendation
