They are just a lost cause. The managers at these restaurants don't care anymore. They need to train they're employees better, is not their fault, they try hard. I'm very disappointed with little Caesar corporation.

Picked up a couple pizzas, pulled them out of the shelf literally within 30 seconds of them being done. Took them home (5 min drive) and they were cold. How's that possible?

Went to try the Crazy Puff, LONG WAIT; 30mins. Definitely recommend though. I got 4 orders w/ 2 dipping sauces. 1 pepperoni order and 1 cheese, pairs perfectly w/ the marinara sauce.

Other Little Caesars that I been too staff is always rude but this location the manager vinh is an amazing worker who is very attentive and offers great customer service I will be returning to this location just because of him and his great attitude and service!

Over an hour to get the pizza in my hands after I made an online order for two pizzas. When I got there my code didn't work and I worked my way to the register where a single cashier was taking orders from three or four people when a co worker came to the front and I ask for help to find my order when he interrupted to say he will help me find my order and then proceeded to finish with the customer he was helping then clocked out. I was like ok this happens people aren't perfect. So I went to talk to the other single cashier who had deal with 7 people then proceeded to tell me they got rid of my pizzas because it was past the time frame for pick up which apparently is barely past 15 minutes which I fine suspicious since I saw several orders stay close to the full hour I was there. There was a poor guy there too that was waiting for 45 minutes as well and kept being told three more minutes and another lady was being lied to about how quick she could get her wings. Quite the experience it would probably help to have more than one person being able to work the register when there are getting close to 10 people waiting.

I did an order on line and it was supposed to be ready by 6:17 the latest and I still had to wait 25 min more. What's the point of giving you a time if it's not going to be ready.

terrible!!! rude staff, Sunday 4.21 pm, the pizza takes a long time, they talk for 20 minutes and then it takes more than 45 minutes, hire more people, it's taking too long, I got the cold pizza, and the staff is lost, please look at this store and provide customer service support to your employees!!

The truth is I spent 40 minutes ordering my pizza and I better came. They have no coordination, and lack of customer service. The manager or person in charge should put the order. This is a big business and because of bad people serving the customer, I think it's wrong.

I've had it with little Cesar's. So this is the third time I had an issue at this location. It was good when they first opened then got worse over time. Las time app said food was done, but they couldn't find it like what?! Then done 5 minutes later after I had to wait. Unorganized, they had pizzas everywhere and this was right before Christmas. Today I got a half dry pizza. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN GIVE TJAT TO A CUSTOMER?! It should have been remade, actually made properly at first because it barely had cheese. They don't respond back or refund when they wait they will. The few times I don't have time to cook I'd rather not eat then waste my money again. I stopped going to the Lakewood location for this exact reason. Done and over with little Cesar's. I'll pay $30 and rances instead.
