Little Coyote is a great place for pizza and more. Their pizzas, like the meat-lovers, are a highlight. The ambiance is cozy, with a lovely patio space perfect for summer dining and outdoor seating under the lights. The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy, and the sauce is rich and tangy, making their slices some of the best outside NYC. The White Pizza with extra Calabrian chilis and pepperoni, served with dill ranch, is highly recommended. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about wine, creating a casual and welcoming atmosphere. While capacity issues can lead to long wait times on busy days, the pies are definitely worth the wait. The menu also features delicious sandwiches and salads, and specials like the heart-shaped margarita pie are a treat. Everything tried has been top-notch, and it’s always a great dining experience whether eating in or taking out.
