Really great food and nice vibes. Recommend the Nashville hot fish, salmon crudo, and the toffee butter cake. The lobster roll has a good amount of lobster but was just ok. My entree also came out late and the affogato was weird, more just a coffee with a dollop of ice cream on top, but overall a good meal.

Great great great spot! It was nice to have the owner present as he shucked oysters and prepared a glorious spread. My only concern was the flying insects, they had a few! Hard to prevent with seafood and the summer but it became a lot. Usually isn't like that so I don't think it's too deep, but the food is second to none! Phenomenal

The food was pretty good but took SO long. There was only one server making drinks, taking orders, and even chucking oysters. There was one more person working in the kitchen. The only reason I know that is because you have to go through the kitchen to get to the bathrooms which I found a little odd and not up to health code? The food was overall small in portion but good. The server was sweet but was doing too much. Wouldn't recommend if you're on a time crunch.

Loved this place! Sitting outside on a beautiful summer night...the oysters, the wine, the bread! Highly recommend. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because we did have to ask for a number of items multiple times. The server was very nice, but maybe a little busy. We will definitely be back.

Pretty good service... First time I went they boffed my order but fixed it as fast as possible and the almond crusted halibut was great. The caviar is served with salty crackers and a pile of salt in the caviar ramekin, which was stainless steel. As if caviar isn't salty enough and needs to taste like metal. Second time, the red sauce on the orzo was undercooked by at least 90 minutes... Not good and couldn't finish it. The salmon crudo is bathing in some kind of slimy tartarish sauce that kills all fish flavor.

Liv's is great! My wife and I go here often - consistently delicious food, great service, and a comfortable environment. Always a variety of tasty oysters from different places, and with their fresh-shredded horseradish and homemade cocktail sauce...dynamite! The salmon and scallop crudos are both on-point, and their lobster roll honestly rivals the best from Boston...do yourself a favor and try this place out!!
Would give this place lower than 1 star if possible. I walked in at 8:30 (they close at 10) just to be greeted and told that they aren’t taking walk ins for the rest of the night. If you close at 830 then say that. If reservations are required then say that, absolutely horrible!!! Completely unwelcoming. Get it together I’d expect better. Look how much space you have open

Very disappointed with the food. the service was really great our server was wonderful. However, the food was not as expected. From the bread service which was 2 pieces of toasted sourdough bread cut in half. To what was described on the menu as seafood chowder in a bread bowl that came out in a regular bowl and more toasted bread. The chowder was thin not hearty as all like most chowders and lacking taste. The best thing going was the fries with the crispy shrimp sandwich and the Nashville fish, but they became hard pretty quickly. The Nashville fish was the best fish on the table. Everything else was disappointing. It is an oyster bar so maybe the oysters are good, but our meal was sadly underwhelming.
