Honestly terrible costumer service and the matcha is not good. Tasted like straight sugar milk. The girl in the front seemed annoyed at costumers existence.

This is my top spot, the people and atmosphere are excellent. Coffee is always on point and they have good food too. I’ve been coming for years and I’ve only had an order messed up once. Bravo guys.

i came in for a bagel with cream cheese/tomato and bacon and the lady who made it, seemed less than thrilled to make it. i should’ve perhaps walked out when the service was sub par, but i was hungry. the bagel was soggy, the tomatoes seemed old and soggy and the bacon was old as well. very disappointed with my bagel today. i will stick to the los alamitos location.

Their bagels are good and coffee, but don’t waste your money on the ham and cheese croissant sandwich. Plus the wait to get our food was 30 minutes. It was advertised as a build your own sandwich and you could add things, so I added avocado. It was greasy and mushy, so l I tried to eat it with a fork and knife. It was just barely edible. No refund or accommodation could be given. Stick with a bagel and cream cheese if you go there. Much safer option.

Bagel lox 4.5, I found the pickled onions to be a tad too sweet, but very impressive nonetheless.

Worst service.. the cashier is very terrible. Those who prepare the coffee have priorities.. I visited this place twice and the first time I thought it was me who thought they were decriminative., but not today I went again and yes I like it latina me

the coffee and food were wonderful. The staff and environment inside are delightful. Maybe avoid the gathering of overgrown boys who congregate outside to yell about politics, but the place itself is beautiful

I always buy here every morning like 8 or 9 before I got to work cause I love their bagels, like 3x a week! But this lady who works in casher always ruined my morning cause of her attitude every time I order. She dont even listen what I want. Like this morning Oct 12 I gotta nice morning but she ruined it bit! Insane!
