the coffee and food were wonderful. The staff and environment inside are delightful. Maybe avoid the gathering of overgrown boys who congregate outside to yell about politics, but the place itself is beautiful

The food and drinks are spot on. The location is SUPER cramped. The poor employees behind the counter are tripping over each other to make things happen. There are a lot of old codgers that can't hear order call-outs and will snag your order. Had one today snatch up my food, open it, and poke at it to see if it was theirs. Apparently reading the ticket didn't catch on with them back in 53'. The ladies were nice enough to make me a new sandwich. The corner location...

The Local Grind is a Regular Spot. ?

PROS: When you find your drink of choice, you feel content and satisfied. There is a decent menu selection for both beverages and foods, and I stumbled upon my go-to drink on the second visit, trying out different things.
