When I was staying here I got sick and together with new towels and toilet paper I called reception to ask for a bottle of water. The receptionist told me they would have to charge me 10 dollars for it, but I could get a complimentary one at the reception. I told her I was sick and in bed and although they brought the towels and toilet paper to my room, they didn’t bring me any water. Disgraceful!!

This Mariott Hotel is really nice on the inside and that's where the 1996 hit movie Jerry Maguire was filmed at. It was a scene in the beginning when Jerry was giving out statements and he was happy. The beloved Tom Cruise movie was released on December 13th, 1996.

If you are traveling with your family, or care about your hard earned status, then stay away!This is nothing like all the other Marriotts that I've stayed at across the US, and they will make sure to tell you that excuse anytime they impose one of their numerous "Site Specific" rules that they have come up with.Their outdoor pool wouldn't thaw ice, yet they threw up a bunch of taped-on signs that prohibit anyone under the age of 16 in the indoor pool, whether there is a parent present, or not.Your status is irrelevant here. A Titanium member who purchased three different rooms during his stay, only gets himself and 1 person as their guest to the concierge lounge, or for breakfast, etc.I was even sitting in one of their chairs in the lobby area, with my leg resting on the chair next to me. Normally don't need to rest it, but it had been a rough day and a little stretch was needed. Had it there maybe 1 minute before a worker came and told me to get my leg off the chair.Our group did not feel welcome here during our stay, and I'd bet yours wouldn't either.

Cost too much for the basic floors we’re not very clean rooms smelled like smoke in non smoking room if you are not picky then this place is right for you there is a Starbucks in lobby we did not look too much around but did enjoy plane

Very nice rooms that were recently updated. Beautiful grounds and very professional staff. Close and convenient to the airport.
Located in a really convenient location and have stayed here numerous times for sports. However I didn’t have the greatest last stay. The toilet in the bathroom wouldn’t flush/drain properly, the A/C was noisy and the check in process was really long.The woman at the front desk was alone, in spite of multiple sports team check-ins, so it wasn’t her fault. It just wasn’t timely.The hotel is located close to Whole Foods and a restaurant district which is really nice for options.Basic hotel, don’t look for anything other than the most basic of rooms and you won’t be disappointed.

As a platinum elite member I stay at a lot of hotels and I put this one up at the top for the area.

Was having internet issues. Front desk hooked me right up. Staying for the night then heading to Port of San Pedro to catch a cruise to Mexico. Rooms have plenty of outlets, super clean, and comfortable. Glad we booked.

If you like this review, please give it a thumbs up ???. There are a few cons about this hotel, but a lot of Pros as well. I'll start with a few cones. The Hotel is directly across from the airport strip. So , it makes it easy for you to get back to the airport. The sound from the aircraft's taken off is quite noisy sometimes. Especially since the hotel is not sound proof . The bed was not to my liking, I prefer a much more firm bed. The majority of Marriott hotels usually have Showtime streaming. This one did not !!On the pro side, the room had enough light. The shower was nice and hot , it had the handheld attachment. The hospitality was top-notch !!
