⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Italian Dining I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at L'Opera Italian Restaurant. From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect. Even the table bread stood out — warm, incredibly soft, and so fresh it practically melted in your mouth. It set the tone for an amazing meal. We started with the burrata, which was unbelievably creamy and paired beautifully with the tomatoes and seasonings. It was fresh, flavorful, and one of the best burrata plates I've had anywhere. The lasagna with vodka sauce was the highlight of the night. The layers were tender, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the vodka sauce had the ideal balance of richness and flavor without being heavy. You can taste the quality in every bite. The ravioli was just as impressive — perfectly cooked, generously filled, and served with a sauce that complemented it perfectly. Everything tasted homemade, authentic, and crafted with care. The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance was elegant yet comfortable. The staff checked in at the right times and made the experience feel special without being intrusive. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. L'Opera is officially one of my new favorite Italian restaurants. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for amazing food, great service, and a memorable dining experience

What a gem! Beautiful building and ambience, exceptionally kind and friendly service. Food is wonderful! 4 of us had dinner, and every meal was beautiful and delicious. We will definitely visit again!

We have been going to L'Opera on and off for many years and have always thought that the food and service to be exceptional. Our three guests were waiting for us in the bar before we arrived and did mention that drinks they ordered were very weak. The remainder of the evening was wonderful and our head waiter was exceptional.

A great Long Beach restaurant! Food was really good. The ravioli and chicken parm were amazing. Bruschetta was just ok. Service was good but could have been slightly more attentive.

The only issues was our server. He left us and didn't take our order for 20 minutes. I had to ask the cleaning person to have him come to us. The food is amazing!!! And they greet you at the door. Two very nice pretty ladies. Other than that! I'll be back!

Nice restaurant with many gluten free options. Staff was super attentive and meals came out quickly. We never felt rush as we were visiting with family from out of town. All of the dishes we had we amazing...especially the dessert(can't remember the name exactly) but it was a pineapple upside down cake. We had an amazing time there. If we are ever in Long Beach again, we will return!
