We rode the A line from Azusa down to the Pike in Long Beach, we walked around exploring for a while, we were craving a good margarita so we ended up walking 1.5 miles to Los Compadres restaurant and it didn't disappoint, the service was excellent, we ordered food and margaritas from the Happy Hour menu and we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely go back the next time we are down that way.

Great food and service!

Authentic Mexican fare. The ceviche and the mejicatas are extraordinary and would recommend them. Both have complex flavors a and are very tasty.

Great spot for really good Mexican. The aguachiles were fantastic with carne asada and huevos. Spicy mango margarita was great also!

Ai que delicinha! Place was great, real food well seasoned. And the best chiles rellenos I’ve had in a long time! Also had the agauchile and it was everything I wanted it to be. Free chips and salsa. Just Mexican food well done. Lovely spot.

Omg no. I went to this place because some co-workers recommended it. I usually order the molcajete at other restaurants, and it usually comes with plenty of meat. Cheese, chicken longamiza, and cactus. at other restaurants, it usually costs around 20-25$ well served, and I usually have some leftovers to take home. I decided to order a molcajete at this location it cost $36, and to my surprise, it was the saddest looking molcajete I've ever seen the meat was paper thin half the portions than other restaurants and almost doubled the price. This restaurant is extremely cheap, and to top it off, I'm Mexican. I know tortillas. I asked for the corn tortillas Omg these tortillas did not taste authentic they tasted like the store bought maseca extremely flavorless and looked more like pancakes ?
