Very nice place and our waitress was outstanding
, very friendly.
Easily the best craft beer tap list on 2nd Street. Lots of local SoCal breweries in rotation: Green Cheek, Pizza Port, Trademark. Many taps, lots of IPAs (which I like) but other options too.
Food is pricey but solid. Upscale but casual bistro feel.
Came here for lunch with my girlfriend and had an awesome time. The drinks were strong and cleverly crafted, and the food was awesome. Our server was very polite & conversational.
We will definitely be coming back here.
The best steak frites for the price!!
Long time Belmont Shore resident, and newly minted Louie's fan!
Came here for the first time about a week ago for breakfast, and both my partner and I were blown away by the quality, service, selection, and vibe. We even came back later that evening to order food to go.
Tonight was our anniversary so we decided to check out the dinner options, and again we're pleasantly surprised! Our server Cynthia was incredibly friendly and made great suggestions. She mentioned their Wine Wednesday special, as well as the Steak Frites special, which we ordered both of without a second thought. Before our mains we shared the Fritto Misto to share, a nice selection of veggies with a perfectly light breading, and the Calabrian chili dip was a great addition. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the garlic fries are a must. She even brought out a dessert for our special occasion, which was a really kind gesture.
Great value all around, weekly happy hours, and I think a hidden gem among the seemingly overwhelming plethora of eateries in Belmont Shore. There are lots of places on 2nd street that I don't think get love or admiration they deserve, but I think Louie's should be on everyone's radar!

Dennis and Cynthia took such great care of us for a surprisingly busy Wednesday night. The Burrata was a delicious appetizer. Loved the live music and half price bottles of wine.
Great for a long overdue girls night out with one of my dear friends. Will be back when in LBC.

This was really, really mid food. We ordered the basil chicken sandwich and the smash burger. Chicken sandwich was dry, and the smash burger was flavorless and drenched in sauce. Pickles were floppy and the fries were greasy and also flavorless. Skip this place and go to The Window.

For my 1st time here I really enjoyed the place. My husband and I met up with our 2 friends Dana & Betsy to hang out . The girls chose a great spot. The vibe was on point, the music in the background was good and the service was great and the drinks and food were delicious ?. Shout out to our sever Dennis for taking care of us. He let us know there happy hour menu and other items on the menu. Stop by locals or any out of towners and grab a bite and a drink and enjoy a good night out in Long Beach.
