Used to be great but now customer service is terrible. They charge extra if you ask for a cheeseburger plain. If you don’t ask for it plain they smother it in sauce and shredded lettuce which makes it super soggy. I’m going to stop coming here.

folks with high blood pressure and diabetes stay away from this place. one morning I decided to drop in. I ordered a patty melt please take my advice Don't waste your money and don't commit suicide eating that garbage Take care of your health
We were completely ignored and the three workers didn't even acknowledge our existence basically talking amongst themselves and didn't even tell us that theyll be with us in a minute terrible hospitality and poor manners wouldn't recommend eating here

Used to be a very good restaurant, but not any more. Customer service is less than fair; order taking by phone, no answer, most of timeout let on hold for long time, Quality of food were degraded , Steak sandwich the meat is hard too chew, the pastrami also the same, the meat is too hard. Also they don't offer ketchup, pepper, ranch dressing, napkins unless you ask for. Also when they take your order by phone they Rush too much, I understand they work under pressure attending to many customers and less employees, but this not our problem. We pay for good meal and good service. I hope the manager take good care of this business , otherwise this will be on bankruptcy.
Why the manager doesn't take any action. Neither answer the reviews. Maybe there is none manager, it's looks like .
