A few really great things happened here. I'm originally from down south, Louisiana to be exact......and I come out here to Long Beach to find an authentic praline spot around the corner from me. Being the self proclaimed comfort foodie that I am....I have to make sure the south is being represented appropriately. LOLWell let me tell u this Linda, the banana pudding, DAMN GOOD. The pecan praline, DAMN GOOD!!! 10/10In conversation with these nice people I found out they are actually from Louisiana too!! (This explains the excitement my tastebuds got to experience.)Great desserts!!!!To my surprise, I'm in the presence of Archie Charles Williams, an American singer who appeared on season 15 of America's Got Talent. If you're in Long Beach, support these nice folks. Get by there and get you some PRALINE, pecan candy & banana pudding.

The Pralines are deceptively simple. You can taste all the ingredients in each soft, crumbly bite. The pudding is bursting with banana flavor and when you eat it fresh, the Nilla wafer adds a nice crunch, but it's still good sitting in the fridge for a while.
