Main Chick Hot Chicken

Worst place to make an order they are very unprofessional and very cold they don’t respect the orders they do and give out wrong orders without a care don’t buy anything here

Unfortunately it looks like shrinkflation has hit Main Chick. They recently changed the portion size on their fries, serving about 1/3-1/2 the amount. It was also unfortunate when they transitioned to serving pre-batched dipping sauces. The flavor of the Mc sauce and ranch has diminished, not nearly as fresh and tastes a little of preservatives. Still a great chicken sandwich but the quality has definitely dropped recently.

Food is OK for what it is, I ordered a combo for me and my son and was disappointed with how small the sandwiches are, no drink with their combos and its over priced. But what really upset me was that I drove 30 minutes and after paying and leaving a TIP, I had to use the restroom and they refused to let me and my son use their restroom. Never coming back nor would I recommend this place, the spicy chicken sandwich from Jolly Bee and Dave's hot chicken is better and less expensive.

My friend told me this is very popular fried chicken place. Only two locations in LA. So we went to try it last night.
We ordered spicy and non-spicy chicken. It’s very juicy and crispy which everyone loves. But you can tell the oil has been fried for long time already. The chicken skin tastes very oily and even a little bit bitter, I have to take off all the skin for kids.
Hope the owner can change the oil, then definitely makes the fried chicken taste better.

I have been calling since 9:10pm to place an order it says they close at 10 pm that isn't cool that they don't answer that poor customer service. They should have to pick up until at least 9:40 pm.

Love their food. I wish they would clean the surrounding area's more. Maybe a power wash every once and a while.

The food is very disgusting. I will never come back and I will never recommend this and then I was exactly in the hood. I was fearful for my life. I would never go back to the area.

Was able to try the Supreme level spicy chicken sandwich here and oh boyyy. It was definitely not to be taken lightly.

The last time I came here they told me that if I ate one of those, they would take a photo of me and put it on the wall so I knew one day I would return to do this and I have done it.

Aside from it being brutally spicy, I still very much enjoyed the sandwich. I think these are perhaps some of the best Nashville hot chicken sandwiches you can get in the area, at least when compared to the many chains that have emerged in the past couple of years.

What I like about Main Chick is that it’s located not far from where I live and additionally, it has some really fast service. Every experience I’ve had coming here has been good and the workers have never been rude or disrespectful.

To be honest, whenever I want Nashville hot chicken, I just come here and I don’t really bother going anywhere else because this is a safe place to go and I know that whatever I pay for the food is worth it because the quality has never dwindled. I can’t say the same for other hot chicken joints…

I always look forward to coming back and eating here and if you haven’t tried it, then I suggest you do!

Good stuff. Next time I'll grab the spicy tendys. The spicy has a bit of a kick, but you can still taste the food and not just heat for the sake of heat. The hot honey is a skip. I didn't taste heat/spice but it could just be me. Overall pretty, pretty .... PRETTY GOOD ?

Today I picked up my order, and I was very disappointed to see that the buns for my chicken sandwich were badly burned. The chef making this sandwich should have clearly recognized that they were serving me burnt food. I understand that they were dealing with a complicated customer at the time, but they should have paid attention to the making for the rest of their customers.

I picked up here for UberEats and decided to come back and try it out. Not worth the price tag in taste or look for me. I gave it away to my neighbors kids. My homemade Chicken is wayyy better!
