The foood is always great , just wished they had good lemonade. The atmosphere is great . Theres only an outdoor eating area . Very chill vibes.

I visited to buy food and found no line, which was convenient. However, as I approached the counter, the receptionist avoided eye contact and didn’t ask how he could assist me. I ended up placing my order through the machine, which was fine since it was easy. Still, I was puzzled by the receptionist’s unfriendly demeanor. Not sure what is the point of a receptionist if they are not going to help.

The food was trash 🗑 and I was really disappointed. Very expensive and still couldn't make my food fresh. The fries that I had were cold so when I took them back I asked for fresh fries he grabbed one and squeezed it and agreed to make them over because he also felt how cold they were. He then gave me the fries that were supposed to be new. I sat back down and as I ate one it didn't taste like they were cooked over. I then took them back and asked him did he make them over and he told me straight to my face that the same fries were cooked over.

Great chicken. The chicken strips are chicken strips! They are big and delicious. I love spicy food, but the mild flavor is good enough for me here. The fries are really good. They just need to work on their portions, for the price they need to put more fries.

Worst place to make an order they are very unprofessional and very cold they don’t respect the orders they do and give out wrong orders without a care don’t buy anything here

Unfortunately it looks like shrinkflation has hit Main Chick. They recently changed the portion size on their fries, serving about 1/3-1/2 the amount. It was also unfortunate when they transitioned to serving pre-batched dipping sauces. The flavor of the Mc sauce and ranch has diminished, not nearly as fresh and tastes a little of preservatives. Still a great chicken sandwich but the quality has definitely dropped recently.

Food is OK for what it is, I ordered a combo for me and my son and was disappointed with how small the sandwiches are, no drink with their combos and its over priced. But what really upset me was that I drove 30 minutes and after paying and leaving a TIP, I had to use the restroom and they refused to let me and my son use their restroom. Never coming back nor would I recommend this place, the spicy chicken sandwich from Jolly Bee and Dave's hot chicken is better and less expensive.

My friend told me this is very popular fried chicken place. Only two locations in LA. So we went to try it last night.
We ordered spicy and non-spicy chicken. It’s very juicy and crispy which everyone loves. But you can tell the oil has been fried for long time already. The chicken skin tastes very oily and even a little bit bitter, I have to take off all the skin for kids.
Hope the owner can change the oil, then definitely makes the fried chicken taste better.

I have been calling since 9:10pm to place an order it says they close at 10 pm that isn't cool that they don't answer that poor customer service. They should have to pick up until at least 9:40 pm.

Love their food. I wish they would clean the surrounding area's more. Maybe a power wash every once and a while.
