Located in LBX, Marinate doesn’t excite with a build your own bowl style. The people working there when I went didn’t make me feel comfortable about the cleanliness of the location and the food already sits out. It gives you on-the-spot options about preparation and that’s a positive remark, otherwise it’s just ok. I didn’t love what I ordered but it wasn’t bad.
They have some of the best dumplings I've ever had. Very tasty, a solid 10/10. I love their spicy sauce as well!

Nice little location in the food court, I ordered the bulgogi rice bowl, and it was really good! A little pricey but they do give plenty of food, you won't leave hungry! Will come again when I'm in the area and try something else.
