Service was good, food was okay. The lunch time atmosphere was fine. It seems like they have music and other entertainment at night so I'm sure for dinner it's a good time.

Los buchones has been around for 8 years, on the same corner of 7th and lb Blvd. It has gone under physical changes throughout its years, as well as ownership, quality if taste, and service. My recent experience was decent. There was no one dining in the restaurant so I was able to receive amazing service from the two servers who were working. They have a great space that I'm sure does well on the weekends in the evenings or even the afternoon. They have a small parking lot in the back, but it is small. The food was ok, I got the chicken nachos. My two other guests got the molcajete mixto with agua chiles, threw tacos de al pastor, and a Michelada. The molcajete was very delicious, fresh, made to order and the seasoning was on point. Very citrusy and had that kick you need to eat seafood. The tacos for a mariscos place were great! My chicken was unseasoned on the nachos, but it worked because the portion was huge also there were beans, guac, cheese, sour cream and a tasty red sauce that complimented the chicken. Their michelada was absolutely delicious, I definitely recommend getting one to try. You won't be disappointed, very good service, friendly staff and the food was good. I would come back to check them out in the late evening, they have TV's and loud music so I'm sure the vibes are great then too!

What a disappointment I went with my family and we ordered 2 ceviches and a toxic snack, 2 fresh drinks and they charged me 198 dollars and the food was tasteless and very spicy. Our stomachs burned, we didn't finish the dishes and they were very small and still 25 dollars in taxes and more tip I don't recommend it don't go and it was alone there was no one there just us and we already know why

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. We only ordered two mixed ceviches and an order of tacos and it was $197 and the food was super spicy and more than $25 in tax and the food was not good!!! I don't recommend it, super expensive!!

Terrible, horrible and very expensive place apart from the bad taste, they are thieves when charging for two ceviches and two golden tacos, it was 190 dollars, I do not recommend it

Ordered camarones a la plancha and i got THIS. Plain shrimp with no sear at all. Guess they lost their “plancha”. Wet vegetables. Everything with ZERO SALT OR SEASONING. I took it home and seared this shit myself. Second picture with the green plate is what I did. NOW it’s camarones a la plancha. Why am I doing their job and they charged me almost $30 for this trash. Never again.

They have amazing seafood, Micheladas and Clamatos.

Do you know the difference between a Michelada and a Clamato?

I found out there
