Hotel Maya is a beautiful gem with exceptional customer service. The rooms offer stunning views of the water and are clean and tropical. The hotel grounds provide great banquet areas and a lovely pool. The on-site restaurant, Fuego, offers a unique menu with adult beverages and overlooks the harbor. The staff, like Daniel, are amazing and make check-in quick and easy. Despite a few cons like the lack of a restaurant on certain days and some outdated technology in the rooms, the overall experience at Hotel Maya is fantastic. It is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a special celebration, with affordable rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
