Everything is okay about the McDonalds but the employees always forget or replace food and drinks. I ordered a chicken sandwich. When it arrived, they gave me a fish fillet. I don't appreciate the workers doing this.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I waited over 30 minutes just for a coffee and a snack wrap, which is honestly unbelievable. This is exactly why I avoid going to McDonald’s. It just seems like the service keeps getting worse over time. Please take note of that, because this kind of wait is really frustrating.

Don’t order from this McDonald’s after the morning shift change. The AM crew is fine - but after 3pm or whatever they change staff then the afternoon evening shift the quality DROPS

I don't think people realize that everything here is between 50 cents to a 1.50 more here than any other store in the area. If you cross over to lakewood youll literally save anywhere from 5-10 bucks depending on how big your order is

I went to this Mc Donald's in the drive thru and ask for a cup of coffee and the employee handle to me I got the Cup of coffee and he had the cover in his hand it was from negligence the coffee spill all over my hand it hurt me a lot & I was in terrible pain and he don't even apologize to me and was red with burning sensation the all day that's why zi will never recommend to anyone to go and eat there!!!! And the manager Danika was not very professional either she only was saying I'm so sorry that's the only thing she said!!!
