Whether there is a line or not this place always makes you pull out of the drive thru and wait in a parking spot. Are these associates not working with a sense of urgency????????

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's. They are really slow, specially their drive thru. My son worked there for a few months, they don't pay their employees enough compared to other McDonald's nearby. Also, they don't give their employees enough hours and they don't treat them well so they have a high turn over.

Well I guess you could say using my points to get a free sausage egg biscuit turned out to be a whammy on me. Because the hash brown I purchased and it's the thing I LIVE the most is McDonald's hash browns are the Bomb so I thought. Cause the one i got was COLD and crumbling ? it was a sad imposter of a hash

This McDonald's i noticed always has higher prices than other nearby McDonald's, but went today and they raised the prices once more and the service is never ever great unless the main manager is on shift so whenever she's gone, employees are rude, never get order right and have attitude I really wish I can give a higher rating since the main manager is always kind and helpful but the rest of her team doesn't do her justice in making this McDonald's great, hope they can improve

Sign in the door says dining room closes at 10pm yet they were closed at 9:20pm, when I asked if they could take my order through the drive-through on my scooter, I was told no…why people continue to go to McDonald’s I have no idea.

I thought the point of ordering a double quarter pounder was to get 2 patties not 1? I’ve always had bad experiences in this McDonald but it’s the one nearest to me otherwise I would never comeback. Time after time they have proven to have the worst customer service and get orders wrong and clearly now can’t even make an order on their menu the right way.
Food seemed as if it had been sitting a while. Was not hot, kind of stale.

i ordered 3 breakfast burritos and asked for no cheese and they said they can't do that because it comes premade with the cheese, but at other locations they serve me the burritos with no cheese?....then they made me pull into the side, which of course wouldn't bother me but all i ordered was 3 breakfast burritos.

Worst customer service. I ordered through the app. Apparently it's supposed to be fast and easy. Well not at this location. I waited 20 min for an app order. I asked about my order and the employees look dumb founded. The employees look so miserable and unhappy to be working there. I got tired of waiting. I canceled my order and left. I will not be visiting this location again.

This is the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to if I can give it a zero star I would! Worst service ever and the place is dirty. The workers are inexperienced and just standing around and talking while there's customers waiting in line they do not greet you or assist you they just look at you and walk away. It's a long wait time for no reason plus this location charge you for extra sauce. Save yourself a trip and hassle and go to a different one I will not be returning to this McDonald.
