I stopped here because I desperately needed to use the bathroom. I ordered my items first then asked for the code to the bathroom. I was told there was no code, they were locked but the lock was controlled by a button under the counter. I tried both but they were locked from the inside, even though I'd seen someone leaving one while I was ordering & no one enter. There was nowhere else close by I could think of so I waited. 20 minutes later I was still waiting so inquired at the counter and was told there was nothing they could do if someone was inside. After 5 minutes ininqiiured again and was given the same response. So I asked what would happen if someone had died or overdosed in there and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. So much for keeping the bathrooms locked to control access in order to make them available to only paying customers

Stood in line as the first person at the register for 10 mins without being acknowledged, looked at or told "I'll be right with you sir"...just completely ignored.
I tried using the kiosk machine and told me it had an issue with my card so I choose to pay at the register since I saw a gentleman just finishing paying with cash. I needed to use the restroom too but everyone else was more important than me. Horrible customer service and experience. Do better McDonald's, so sad.

I had an awful experience at McDonald's this morning. I used the kiosk to place my breakfast order at 7:34 AM, but I didn’t receive my food until **8:00 AM**! That's a **26-minute wait** for a simple breakfast, which is completely unacceptable for what's supposed to be a 'fast' food restaurant. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no communication about why it was taking so long. By the time I got my order, everything was lukewarm at best. Really disappointed with the poor service and lack of urgency. Definitely not coming back anytime soon!

I pulled in to do a mobile order and ended up having to get out my car and go inside after waiting 15 minutes + idk if they was short staffed that day but the service was horrible.

Unbelievable. McDonald's is charging a $1.20 for sink water. I ordered a water they charged me $120 they brought it in a cup I said why would you open the bottle? He replied it doesn't come in a bottle it's from our tap! Now lets talk about waiting time! They pay so much attention to the drive-thru because of the pressure from the plaza. Walk-in customers with 35/45 minutes for a shake. The drive-thru blocks the entrance to the plaza so they're under pressure to keep that open. SUPER SLOW SERVICE

I mean it’s a McDonalds on two main streets, food is usually made good but just take a long time. the majority of staff are teenagers due to there being a HS near by(which isn’t a bag thing)! So expect it to be busy & be patient.

I went to drive-through with my dog and asked if they offered a “pup cup” similar to Starbucks dog treat, the girl wasn’t sure when I reached the cashier to pay she was checking cause it was not something they offered, so I said no problem, but when I went to the next window for my food, they made a whipped cream treat for my dog? Thank you to your staff for taking so much good care of us? Lucy &me
