My mother ordered us McDonaldâs not too long ago for dinner. Overall I was excited to receive my dinner because we often times go to this establishment because it is convenient and close to home. Another reason I like about eating at this McDonaldâs is that their Ice-cream machine is always working. Which is good because most McDonalds that I have been to would often say itâs broken which is a huge disappointment. Although I do enjoy eating here, I did have a negative experience with the mail that I purchased. I purchased their new menu item, which is Chicken strips that come in a quantity of four, A fry and a drink. When I receive my chicken strips, I was extremely disappointed by the appearance of them. One of my chicken strips looked like it was all shriveled up and dried out. It was not even a full chicken strip it. I honestly donât know what it was, but it made me very disappointed . I do hope in the future that you guys will do better and that I wonât have to experience this again.

Either this location is always short staffed or the people they hire here are not efficient. Drive thru takes forever and donât get me started with inside pickup. This is a fast food place, why is it taking 15-20 to get through drive thru? Also, why isnât my pick up order ready at the counter? This place needs some revamping.

Food is often cold or lukewarm. Order is often messed up and takes wayyy to long to be completed. A specific security guard who wears a sheisty is very rude and often will kick out guys even if not crowded just to let in large groups of girls for no explanation, one example is he kicked me and my friends out just because one of them didnât know how to use the order screen and we were helping him figure it out he proceeded to make us leave saying âwe were playing aroundâ.

Ordered on the app last night, quarter pounder + 2 strawberry pies. Got there and they didn't have the pies, dude on the register tried doing extra shit making me place a whole separate order just to get the burger. If it ain't in stock just take it off the app damn
The service is fine, the ambience is not comfortable. They have furnitures that will make you feel unwelcome. And the dining area is untidy.

I love using my McDonalds app even though I do not frequent the location by my home. Today I felt I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I was WRONG! I havenât came to this location in a year and now I know why!
We ordered on the app and waiting in line 30 minutes to get to the intercom. By this time it was passed 11am. Iâm worried about my order because I only had breakfast items.
They assured me it was fine and my order was being made. When I arrive to the first window I was given my receipts. At the second window I had been waiting 45 minutes total. Then they tried to park me ?! What?! I was not going to park to wait another 40 minutes.
They stated they only have one grill working and to be patient? How should I be patient if Iâve been here for 45 minutes already.
They did not apologize and the manager kept trying to move us.
By the time I got my order it was a whole hour and 10 minutes I was waiting. I could have went to eat at a diner for the amount of time I waited for better quality food. The manager was on the phone the whole time. Not sure if with complaints or personal.
