I went in this morning about 25 min ago the young lady at the pick up was very nice polite. I told her that i left starbucks frapps or mc donalds. She said thank u on top of that she offered the mantiado told me how to order it , she said delicious. She was doobg her cross selling very professional representing mc fonalds thank u letty good job !!! Great customer service

Well, the drive thru line moving too slowly lately...maybe need more workers. This slows down the service as well. I gave the benefit of the doubt though. Employees are efficient and pleasant at windows.

There is a lot of students just hanging out . Loud, no control of the environment. They at times get my order incorrect . Shift management seem to not have proper skill to run operations smoothly and efficiently. Instead of stepping in she'll remove someone to help in that area and now front counter is waiting with long lines.

Charisma is awesome! She and her manager both were professional and kind to me tonight after I mistakenly gave them the wrong order. They were fast and efficient and gave me everything I ordered. That is so rare these days. Thank you for the great customer service!
Service is lame. I waited more than 20 minutes for a coffee and some cookies. No one is at the cashier. Lines of people waiting for their orders. Severely understaffed. Do better.
