On Friday August 1st I made a purchase for about 48$ my daughter got food poisoning and so did my husband, they had nausea, vomiting, headache and diarrhea. Today they are still having diarrhea. This is so unacceptable!!!

Why are employees sooooo rude in this store? Starting for shift managers, its frustrating how some of these enployees traet costumers with such impunity like we’re worthless. The fact that shift managers cover each other is ridiculous. I told manager “Jessica” (brown skin, skinny girl with glasses and colored bangs) that I would speak to Laura about her behavior and she laughed about it as im exiting the restaurant

Slow service...but the atmosphere is horrible... too many Transit and homeless people that smells awful recommend not eating in the lobby.

Tooo many unruly homeless people inside and out. Felt very unsafe. Employees getting harassed by homeless. Homeless covering the entrance walkways like ants.

Hours are not correct. Showed up at 5:30 am today & no one was even in the building.

The workers are rude. I ate here twice and they gave me the wrong food both times. (Gave me a bacon biscuit when I ordered a bagel). They didn’t give us the bbq sauce with our food then gave us a hard time about giving us the BBQ when we went in to get it.

Shout out to Laura and her team for helping our family through the loss of my grandfather. I had seen signs that this location does Coffee Boxes and during this difficult time I provided coffee for the family from this location. Unfortunately, the plan to get coffee for the funeral was impacted by the location running out of boxes (my apologies). Laura went out of her way to find the boxes from other locations so that we could have coffee the day of the funeral. We are so grateful for her, and the team she leads. Our family loves McDonald’s coffee and being able to have it at the funeral was a comfort. Thank you!
