This location is very slow. They make you wait a long time in the drive thru, and have you parked because they dont want to make their time go up. Which majes it worse.I’ve asked them to make my fries fresh on every visit, and they give me old fries.I wouldn’t be here complaining if tonight, I wasn’t given bad service again.Today is 2/13/2024 and i was there around 8;20pm.To make matters worse, this time i decided to give the filet of fish a try, and they gave me only half of slice of cheese, and sandwich that you could tell they made it in a bad way.So disappointed again…

Most of the staff at this particular McDonald's are kind and friendly. But this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. Staff hardly ever clean. I've been here 3 days in a row and there is vomit on the floor that's been sitting there for a couple of days. It's all dried up now. The tables are usually dirty and there are a lot of homeless people who hang out there. I didn't purchase any food for myself today because the smell inside this establishment was too much to bare. There were some homeless people hanging out at the tables, some did not purchase food. Sometimes homeless people are sleeping at the tables. Every time someone orders food it takes a long time to receive it and half the time the orders are wrong or missing items. Some staff are not aware of deals that are posted on the windows of this McDonald's. Once, I saw this guy wait a half an hour for a refill. He was so frustrated. I knew how long it took because I was waiting about the same amount of time for the food I ordered. I've seen groups of people leave this McDonald's because they were waiting too long to be served. The homeless people are constantly and out of the restrooms as well. This place is very unsanitary and should be closed down until they make some changes. The least they could do clean the place regularly and make sure that everyone there is a customer.

I went to the drive-thru and got a quarter pounder with cheese without onions, plus a $1 burger. I also got some fries. The food was hot and fresh, but I had to wait in a special parking spot for about 5 or 10 minutes before they brought my order. That's okay because it means my burgers are made fresh.
DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD. THIS PLACE triple changed my card trying to get the damn wells Fargo bank to credit my account.

If I could give a complete negative I would. I’m a person who loves fresh food. Each and every time I come to this location and request my food “cook to order” I get nothing but attitude, side eyes, & nonsense. If I’m a paying customer I should be able to request fresh food without an attitude. I asked for the manager one time and they also gave me attitude. What in the world is wrong with people?! If you have personal issues don’t come to work that day because taking it out on customers is not the way to go about things.

The owner should get this restaurant taken away. What a disgrace. After a couple of bad drive through experiences, both speed and food quality were awful, I went inside. Far worse experience because I saw the filthy state of the restaurant, and just left. I wasn’t even ordering for myself, but I decided to go elsewhere.

Lupe the young Hispanic women who is most of the time at the Drive tru booth took 25 years away from me and my family, more than $200 dollars a week, just because I asked her to please press the decaf selection at the cup coffee top cap , she started harassing me , telling me that no customer ordered her or can’t say nothing to her in most violent way , the manager saw her and came to talk to me and she was yelling even with the manager present, well now I stop going to McDonald’s, I passed by today and she still working there, what a shame………..McDonald’s are loosing money and customers just because of people like this girl . Careless Employees…….
