This used to be my favorite place. I'd rather go here than the one by my house ..... Until they started doing this. Large fries looks medium and the drinks are half empty. Sooo prices went up and portions got smaller? I can't add pictures.Wish I could this is bad!!

I was here reading and I noticed that the reviews aren't real that are good they give free stuff for people to do fake good reviews because they're competing with someone else and now I understand why my order keeps getting messed up finally i only come because it's close to my house and I'm diabetic so i like to have sweet coffee while I'm moving around but now I just buy juice because I can't

Came in at around 1am-2am they took 30 minutes to get my food and another to get the Uber Eats order I was trying to deliver, one of the employees told me to wait outside by a little delivery window, again at 1am, so I wasn’t blocking the drive through. I waited outside in the cold which was my mistake because like I said they took ANOTHER 30 minutes to give me the food I was trying to deliver, when I tried talking to them the employee just kept ignoring me, I decided to just block the drive through and when he finally noticed me he just grabbed the already made food that had been sitting on their counter for god knows how long and gave it to me. This goes mostly for management hire more people, coach your employees better or don’t allow Uber Eats deliveries since clearly y’all got too much on your plate.

There was a huge line at 10pm. There was only drive thru, no pickups and counter was closed. I've seen people knocking at the drive thru counter and complaining that their orders were messed up. I've seen homeless begging for money at the drive thru cars which made me feel very unsafe.
Terrible experience with a manager or supervisor named Carlos - extremely rude to Black native born Americans but gives great service to other Latinos like himself - he shoved my food at me, gave me a condescending attitude, and severe micro aggression. This a warning to all Black Americans - watch where you eat.
