I had a horrible experience with a so-called manager named Carlos M he wouldn't give me his last name but I can figure it out, I called corporate and did my complaint on him and they know who he is with this location. I asked for a refill and he said only within 30 minutes are you allowed to do a refill and it was past that I've never seen that in my entire life, if McDonald's wants to keep their customers with this high priced food they need to have better customer service I will never return again and I'm going to tell my friends and family too, the people that work there just don't care they have zero customer service they barely speak English I will be going to corporate with this moving forward, but that's my take today moving forward just trying to get a refill on a diet coke, I'm from Orange County and this is disturbing. Will not return to McDonald's again, or will my family .

Once the lobby closes after 10 PM, expect to wait about 30 minutes in the drive-through, one of the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been in! The menu looks so unprofessional, it’s been like this for over 1 year!

Went inside and ordered at the auto help monitor along with my app on cell.By pass the long line. Several entered prior to me. Received mind first.Parking: Park in the rear to avoid the parking near front entrance due to the drive through traffic back up. You will have difficulty exiting if you park up front by doors.
