How can you screw an order up? When a customer orders don't you just listen and then fill the order? Or do you just make whatever you feel like? I ordered 2 cheeseburgers meal, large with a coke-no onions. And also a strawberry and cream pie. Luckily they got the no onions right although they screw that up nearly half the time. But they forgot my pie and I don't know why I don't check at the windows. I guess I figure it's prettystraightforeard and easy-just listen people and get it right

THIEVES... I went through the drive-thru and they charged me for someone else's food... plus what I ordered... And they said they only charged me for what was mine and oh surprise when I checked my bank statement... always ask for an invoice here

Every time I go thru drive thru somethings missing from my order. Can't check the receipt cuz I never get one. Come on folks you're getting paid $20 an hr. You need to do better.

This location is pretty quick with their service. I usually order ahead on their app and then park at their mobile spot. My order is usually done and delivered to my car in about 3/5mins. And all the McDonald's employees who come and deliver my order are always friendly.
Update: 09/27/24
The drive thru after 10pm on the weekends is absolutely horrible. There will be only 3/4 cars ahead of you and the waiting time is beyond 20-25mins. Ridiculous.

This location rarely gets my order correct. A simple request of ranch dressing in my Happy Meal for my daughter does not get included majority of the time. All the advertisement says Sanrio and we do not receive any products or toys that is Sanrio. My drink was flat and warm, disgusting. Very disappointed.
