Don't get the McRib here....not sure if they just ran out of the buns or whatever, but the one I got was on a paperthin bun they use for the cheap hamburgers. Completely loaded with so much sauce the bottom fell apart. Super disappointed....yeah, it's almost expected for McDonald's to disappoint, but come on....freaking $13 for the combo and didn't get what they are supposed to be.

Meh. The regular McChicken is very spicy. I thought they gave me a Spicy McChicken. I complained. I was told that I ordered the regular sandwich and it's spicy. No apology or offer to find another solution. The fries were excellent though. The store was also kinda worn and grimy feeling and one of the two kiosks was down. So much for saving time not visiting the counter to order.

I waited 15min for my order, watched 10 people receive their order before me, even though they ordered after me. The times I've been through the drive thru, some times the food is lukewarm.

I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s. The cashier who took my order was impatient and rushed me through. I asked to use a coupon, and he told me it would be added to my first order, but it never was. When I went to pick up my food, the lady at the window refused to help because she “didn’t take my order” and just wanted me to move along instead of fixing the mistake. Overall, both employees came across as rude and unhelpful, and I left feeling disrespected as a customer.

Horrible experience using the mobile app. Ordered 2 meals for delivery, and they didn’t include the burgers. When contacted, they shrugged us off and said to come in for the item for a replacement or we’d be out the money. I’m not currently able to drive due to an injury so I guess I wasted my money. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but this was sad.
