The last thing the employees care about is customer service. You have to be proactive to get anything done here. Somewhat understandable considering all the mentally ill homeless people they have to deal with on a daily basis. The food is good.

Made me park to the side just to wait 15 mins more while they gave every ones elses order which is fine but they ended up giving me the wrong order. Called to see if i could take the food back and get what i ordered but they didn't pick up. It was a 40 dollar order -.-

Worst place ever bad service .Order 2 fillete fish sandwhich and a quarter pounder got 3 fillete fish sandwhiches and no quarter punder not the first time this has happened .About a month ago my sister order 2 cheese burgers she got two cheese burgers with no meat patty. Will never ever go to a mcdonalds again worst service.

I ordered online head. I came home. Looked in my bag and was missing a big Mac. I went back and they didn't want to give me my big Mac. That was missing in my order. Highly dissatisfied and unhappy. I am starting to feel like this place is racist.

3/3 on messing up my order. As far as McDonald’s go, this has to be the absolute worst location. An incredible feat to lower the bar on an already low bar.

Slow drive thru. The guy took forever to take my order. Come to find out, he was texting his friend to come and cut the line. Then the friend pulled up in a blue civic, went straight to the window. I see his order flash on the screen, before i see my order again. When I asked him about it, he didn't say a word. Bunch of shady people working there. Be aware.
