Customer service was bad They wouldn't let me replace my muffin with a biscut......I've never had an issue doing that in this location or any other location till today.... I literally worked at McDonald's and there shouldn't be an issue.

I waited in line behind someone for a drink refill, and when it was my turn, the worker turned around and left when she obviously saw me.. I waited another five minutes before yelling for someone to come help me… I understand they want you to use the kiosks, but there’s just some people that just want a human taking their orders..

This is the best McDonald's I have been to in a long time. I decided to order me a double cheeseburger combo with a chocolate shake with pink whipped cream. Everything was amazing and I'm a little picky when I place my order so there's always something custom and they got it down to a T. This was at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3rd. The person that took my order was extremely friendly and the person that gave me the order clearly knows what customer service is. I have no idea how this McDonald's only has four stars. Thank you.

Took way to long to get two of the worst coffee drinks I have ever had from anywhere, and the ceiling was leaking in at least 4-5 different spots. Place sucks
I like this location food is generally hot not to much of a wait.

Absolutely filthy. No one is cleaning tables, the service is so slow theres 30 people just standing around, I waited in line for almost 30 minutes despite there only being 1 person in front of me. Multiple employees saw us in line and ignored us. One lady has been trying to get a drink refill longer then I was in line for because this locations has no drink station now. Honestly at this point they should just tear the building down. Complete waste of time and over priced.
