Absolutely filthy. No one is cleaning tables, the service is so slow theres 30 people just standing around, I waited in line for almost 30 minutes despite there only being 1 person in front of me. Multiple employees saw us in line and ignored us. One lady has been trying to get a drink refill longer then I was in line for because this locations has no drink station now. Honestly at this point they should just tear the building down. Complete waste of time and over priced.

The kiosk was your best option and I'm afraid for people that are elderly will not know how to use it and no one to ask for help
On the evening of 2/16/25 I decided to get food at this location. I made the mistake of asking for ketchup with my fries. This caused the short, stout, menopausal woman in a maroon polo shirt to ignore me, and turn to coworkers to bad-mouth me. Apparently she remembered a previous visit where I overstepped my bounds by asking for help paying at the kiosk while card services were down. At this moment the woman in maroon whom coworkers refer to as Rosa, is having a public discussion in regards to which person left "weed" in the walk-in. Some patrons seem to bring their own food, and older customers with dementia make racist comments for attention. junkies occasionally free-base synthetic drugs in the doorway. Offensive on many levels.

Food and service were fine. Problem is, they only have paper straws. One of the best things about McDonalds is their soda. Not with a paper straw. I will never return to this restaurant.

Fries were warm, not hot. Deluxe Chicken spicy sandwich was not that great. Prefer it without the Buffalo hot sauce. Gave only 4 starts because fries were lightly warm.

The food and service are good on most days if you arrive before or after the middle school crowd. However today there unfortunately were some homeless people disturbing the drive through line with profanities. Then you have McKarens honking excessively at you for having to wait for the homeless people to stop shouting so that the drive through workers can take your order. I commend the workers in this location for their patience and having to put up with it all.
