This is the second time I purchased coffee and say five cream five sugars and they don’t get it right. I don’t know what is so difficult. My coffee had zero sugar and minimal creamer. Whoever works the morning shift drive-thru needs to get it together.

I ordered a fillet fish meal and a quarter pounder! My total bill was over $30! I could've went to a restaurant and eat 10x better food. I promise myself I will never return to another McDonald's for the rest of my life.

The manager Micah has terrible customer service. While in the store i saw multiple customers walk inside because they're order was wrong. I ordered some fries because I seen an ad for $1.49 any size. I asked the cashier if this was correct and he said yes. I was charged $5. Micah didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor did she want to refund my money. Instead she decided to refund the money and take the fries away that I already started eating. Then I saw her resell the large fries to someone else
