Joey at the drive thru window exhibited GREAT customer service. I always like to recognize workers for doing a great job and loving it as well. Kudos to this young gentleman.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Food had sauce all over the wrapper, most if not all tables were dirty with no one inside, bathroom had the worst smell I’ve ever experienced (girl worker even came out cursing saying how bad it was), and no one would come to the counter even after they saw me waiting there until I said excuse me. Then they had a look like I was bothering them. 2 guys in the back on their cell phones. Took 8 mins to get my McFlurry. Ordered it on the app to be brought to the table. They call the table number and left it on the counter and walked away.Again WORSE MCDONALDs I’ve ever been to ALL around. We dined in at 4pm. Chairs are still up, tables and workers are chilling.

We’re here 10:30 AM, they are still not serving lunch after 10 minutes make order and still waiting for food, they are pricing expensive than other places, very disappointed.

We ordered online for curbside pickup and they take 30-40 mins to bring your food out that is cold. Led alone common sense should tell you to put your drinks in a carrier tray. Plus they give it to you with no straws or condiments. Service with an attitude.

I asked for a side of large fries with the large fries I already got from my large Big Mac meal. One is medium smh. You have to tell your workers to be more on point in listening on someone’s order and also double checking all items are correct. Very disappointing.Update 9/7/23Busy and only using one drive through still. McDonald’s app didn’t go through so that was a whole dilemmaIce cream machine still down smh.Update 9/22/23One of the worst McDonald’s so busy15 days later and still only has one drive thru working. Need new workers and new managementUpdate 10/17/23Almost a month and they finally opened the other lane but still haven’t fixed the order board smh. Get it together.Update 10/26/23Well only one lane again and still a broken order board smh.Update 11/10/23Still one lane. Other lane now it’s starting to break smh. Was told I can’t have my receipt ask next window I did and they said they will give it to me plus it to the side. Next I get a whole story about people lives but they never gave me my receipt. I was told to ask for one. Lol. I asked both places for my receipt so somewhere there’s miscommunication. Also I get home and my kids ask for their toys and they forgot to add the toys. SMH. This place is really falling apart. New workers and new management please.Update 1/6/24Person at intercom was rude when I took my order. Also the line took 10-15m just to get order. SMH.Update 1/19/24One of the order boards are broken again wow and I was ready to order off app and get my free medium fries Friday but they said it doesn’t work. Disappointment. Fix this issue. This keeps happening.

It was decent for McDonald's.The atmosphere was uniquely good.The service borderline.I only do breakfast at McDonald's and the Deluxe Breakfast gets a passing grade.
Stop in to get early lunch, cannot believe a hamburger is $3.19 & med fries $ 4.19, I ordered fresh hot. The burger was not and the were hot, but had a small in the container, therefore with drink total out the door $10.00. McDonald's is punishing there with higher prices and reducing the amount of food you are getting. Even with minimum wage going up, the amount product going down. The price of a regular hamburger or cheese burger should be over $1.00 to 1.25 with the as cost fries. This maybe 200% they are making off there everyday customers. When it stop !!!!

I wanted to try the McRib again after many years I asked for extra sauce and onions. I chose the meal dealThere was almost no sauce on the sandwich and the fries were cold which seems to be the norm at this Macdonald'sThe "rib" patty was of a good size but it was a dry sandwich Sadly very unsatisfying
