I usually love their salads but the last time I went the my got my order wrong by adding chicken- I'm mainly plant based so it was a bummer to pick up my order and realize there was meat in it. Luckily I'm not super strict but it did put a damper on my experience. I would still go again because their salads and sandwiches are great- quality ingredients and they usually taste great.

I called to request an extra dressing for my salad - was told they did not have my order yet via Uber Eats but would do so when it came through. I received my salad with no extra dressing - sad! This has happened multiple times.

They have a fantastic braised caramelized sandwich. The Banh Mi that I also consumed was wonderful. Amazing location that is open until the evening. FYI, there sometimes be a wait, but it's always worth it.

All the food is good. I got the Thai Mango Salad and I wish I had ordered more so I could have it for lunch and dinner the rest of the week:)

Not sure what has been happening at this location. We order here often but lately the quality has been subpar. They used to have fresh sliced avocado on the Avocado quinoa superfood salad now it is a tasteless mush. Also don't let the picture of their new watermelon jicama salad fool you this is what you actually receive

I have ordered catering for parties several times here. The food is good But the last now including my Mother's Day brunch They have forgotten to include some of my items but charged me for them. I called to get a refund and was told I could come in to their business to pick up my sandwiches That is not convenient snd doesn't help the fact that I didn't have all the food I needed for my event. Won't be using them again

Horrible, if you want your food, I suggest ordering an hour prior to expecting to receive it. I ordered one salad and waited 45 minutes. Never coming back.

My food was supposed to be ready at 12:46 it is now 1:06 and i have yet to recieve it. i checked in ans it says delayed but once i asked the girl at desk she said she had it in the front but they never did. it is now 20 minutes later and theyre barely preparing my food.

This location has been consistently bad for pickup orders. You order ahead and when you come to try and pick up, the order doesn't transfer to their system. So you're stuck waiting around not knowing if they have your order or not. There was another time where we had the order cancel on us once we arrived. This place is unreliable. I suggest opening a location at The Hangar.

They were pretty chill and the order retrieval system is tight

This location doesn’t have the steak bowl and idk why…they literally have all the ingredients for it because you can get it in sandwich form ????

Always quick and great service, brought to my car as soon as I arrived, I always get my favorite, the pork belly, and it was delicious. I always enjoy my experience at this location, they go above and beyond and will surely accommodate any changes to the menu or sandwich I have.

Had a great experience. Quick and friendly take out service and our food was delicious! 10/10!

This isn't an actual Mendocino Farms. It's a food colony, which means a bunch of companies share a kitchen and cooks for lazy entitled rich people, thus further exploiting the gig economy. Pickup and delivery only. I'm fine with the concept, because there's obvious is a demand for it, but my Peruvian steak sandwich, which I've ordered several times before, was much smaller than usual. So this ultra-low rent shared warehouse location charges the same prices as a retail location and I get a smaller sandwich? I guess they need to pay all the middlemen... I really wish I could direct my anger at the consumers who empower this economic stratification merely for their convenience, but I can't...
