Lovely little market with pasta, sauces, excellent olive oils and many other pleasures to help you create a swoon-worthy Italian dinner at home. A real neighborhood gem with well-curated food and very reasonable prices.

Cutest spot if you're on this side of town. Get a soda and a snack and some grocery goodies for home, like in house chili oil, gnocchi, Italian wines. A really cute find I didn't know was there! Right next to the restaurant, but with daytime hours.

It was a wonderful find. Ann made my day! Explained to this nerd the choices. Fresh ingredients, freshly made home cooked and prepared.

I have visited the Market a few times since they opened and very pleased each time. They now have hot food and some daily dinner specials. Similar meals to what Michael's was serving to go during COVID (and help us survive the worse!). We ordered lasagna (nothing better than Michael's lasagna with spinach pasta), arugula salad and pumpkin cheese cakes! Outstanding! Lasagna is definitely large enough to split, unless you are a big eater. We ordered two just in case, now have lunch for tomorrow. Salad is definitely large enough for two, especially if you have a husband you beg to eat greens! Pumpkin Cheesecakes, wonderful texture and flavors! Best way to describe this Market - Michael's to go. Michael's is a excellent Italian restaurant. The items in the market are homemade sauces, pastas, etc. They also carry some dry pasta, cheeses, baguettes, wines, sandwiches, pizza slices, etc. You can order in advance online or phone. You can also just walk in but if looking for hot food, I would recommend ordering in advance. Don't let the prices keep you away. Portions are generous. Refrigerated Sauces may seem expensive but they go a long way. In addition, the ingredients used are for a 5 star restaurant! You won't be disappointed! The Market is planning to bring back their fried chicken with potato salad dinner special on Tuesdays. If you haven't had their potato salad, OMG, must try. Michael's served to go on Sundays, our bubble family got hooked on it during COVID. Glad it is back! They also carry Rotisserie Chicken but not every day. I was told to call a day in advance and they would get one cooked up! Service has always been great and so helpful. Newer business, definitely a bit unique model too, so nice to have staff that explains options and the menu. Shout out to Ann. She really went out of her way to help me. Definitely coming back very soon for the Fried Chicken dinner!

MUST eat here. Oh my gosh. So good. Great dessert offerings. Capresé sandwich is excellent. Chicken salad wonderful. Homemade great food. Lovely to sit in and eat. Feels like a cafe in Europe : )

You just have to know that when you have a local Italian family. That's not only in the restaurant business but knows a lot about cooking that. You're gonna get some really fun and authentic food to go at the market and you do.Just go try and support a great new version of a local business. The sauces and the pizza are excellent.

We had sandwiches there during the middle of our weekend road bike ride. The serving size was very generous with lots of quality deli meats. Service was very attentive. Highly recommended!

I agree with the other reviews, a little bit of Italy in Naples. Amazing authentic Italian market. No it's not a Cortina's but it's not meant to be. Fresh pasta, beautiful sausage, lasagna, sauces and lovely tomato bottles, olive oil cans, and adorable packages from Italy. My little grandson sat at their table while I perused every inch of the market getting advice a wonderful employee. Took home our goodies and both grandsons ate adult size portions of Michaels pasta. It was a lovely day.

Thanks goodness for this amazing market . We work down the street and have their sandwiches for lunch all the time . I am looking forward to have lunch here more often .

I wanted to try Michael's on Naples, but turns out, they only open for dinner at 5pm. We then stumbled upon the market right next door that sold fresh pasta, house made sauces, and wine. You'll find plenty of imported Italian goods here, and the staff here is very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. Once you enter, there are fridges to the right with a variety of sauces, soups, cheese, etc. On the left are shelves of Italian goods like wine, jars of truffle, and flour to make pasta. And by the cashier, you'll see pizza, lasagna, meats and cheeses. If you purchase food or wine here, you can have them right away on the premises. You'll find a small table inside for 2 and plenty of tables and chairs outside. My partner and I left with 2 bottles of wine at a very reasonable price ($50 for both)! Wines here cost range from $18-$60.

Stumbled upon here after lunch and man, what a spot. The imported wine were priced very reasonably, and there are assorted truffles, balsamic vinegar, flour, and pasta (fresh and dried) on sale. There were also leftover pasta (lasagna) from the restaurant next door that they will reheat for you, and various sandwiches and food for sale. The workers here were very friendly and helpful, and they took time to explain and guide us through the market. They also pack and create charcuterie boards and gift baskets - perfect for the holidays! The store front provides ample room to sit and enjoy the food, and purchased wine can also be enjoyed here on the spot! I highly recommend checking out this spot for lunch, especially when Michael's on Naples is closed.

I used to love this place, the food and quality of service was always up to par. The moment we walked it, we were not greeted but asked if we had a reservation. We said no and they said okay well the bar is open seating. We went upstairs and it was not full, we could have been seated right away. The food definitely took a while to get but came out looking and tasking like it was rushed. The pizza fell apart and the crust was way too thick that it became two layers. The manger said hi to all of the locals he knew but ignored our table, even after stating the pizza was not cooked well. This place has become overpriced for mediocre food and service.

I was expecting more. I love that they are farm to table and focus on clean, wholesome organic products and they make their own seltzer water but the food was not as flavorful as I expected. I prefer LA Parolaccia Osteria in Long Beach for Italian cuisine.

The food was okay and the service was alright. But the comments made by the server were unnecessary. “ that’s ordering light” “ are you going to be able to finish that pizza” “ I see you have you’re purse on, so I brought the check”. Well maybe, I will order more later; I might use a box, yes please. And maybe I wouldn’t be running out the door if this place wasn’t so bad.

MICHAEL'S PIZZERIA IS CLOSING. Always had great pizza although less care is taken these days than before and the presentation is off.Waitstaff is terrible, snotty and lazy. If the owner is reading this YOUR STAFF RUINED THIS RESTAURANT. Waited 20 minutes for a salad. 70 minutes for two pizzas (pizzas take 5 mins in a wood fired oven). Waiter offered to bring a sample of a wine, charged full price for it! Brought a second round after 20 mins. Waited for the check for 20 mins. Terrible experience, send in people to audit your staff!
