I'm sure this isn't a common thing with this place , but the pizza was so bad I had to throw it out. I've seen frozen pizza's that looked and tasted more appetizing . It was very undercooked to a point i'm not sure how anyone looking at it in the kitchen would think it was done. The crust was basically un cooked dough.I know things happen but for how much the pizza was and really how bad it was, if it were possible , I'd ask to have my money refunded .

My first pizza from here I’m not a big deep dish type of pizza person but I have to say this is authentic. New York style pizza. The crust is amazing. The sauce is out of this world I’ll be returning back.I ordered the margarita and it was an excellent choice. The cheese, the sauce everything just delightful.This is our local spot now.

Oh I'm so glad I came to this Ross today and discovered Milana's. It's also nice to support local a business. The customer service was 5 ⭐ and the pizza was soooo good. I appreciate the different flavor offerings. I had the sausage and caramelized onion slice. I wish I'd bought more than one! I happen to love caramelized onions. Thank you to the employee that suggested it, he was right, it is really good.

Unbelievable this place only has 3.9 stars, the one and two star reviews are super sketchy tbh. Ive been going to the downtown location and this place for almost a decade and I have never had a bad experience with the food. Its consistently the best pizza joint in the area. I would recommend the pink pizza square, it's unique and the ricotta cheese (like all their ingredients) is top notch. The one knock is that it is fairly pricey but that is probably due to the fact that they use expensive ingredients.

OUTSTANDING PIZZERIA! I had my first Brooklyn Square pizza recently, and it was phenomenal. Being from back east in New York, I always loved a Sicilian (thick) style pizza. They have mastered it here at Milana's. It is thick crust pizza, but not too thick like old school Sicilian pies from back east. The crust was delicious, the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and savory and the toppings were fresh and delicious. I can't have cheese, but no cheese was needed - this pizza was delicious. I tried to save some for later - but I could not do it. Ate the whole pie. I'm definitely looking forward to more Brooklyn Square pizza's from Milana's! The staff was friendly and helpful as well. A great Italian restaurant.

I was pumping gas when I saw this place and wanted to try it out.They had premade pizzas (square style) with all kinds of flavorsThey had classic pepperoni, Red and white, Mushroom pep and sausage, Red and white with honey, Plain Cheese, and 1 or 2 more flavors. Either margarita or vodka sauce can't remember exactly.I ordered 3 different kinds. I got the classic pepperoni, the Red and white, and the mushroom/sausage/pep square pizza. I got a drink with it, and it cost around 20 bucks.I love this kind of pizza. It was very delicious. When you order the slices they actually throw it back in the oven to crisp up. It only took about 3 minutes. This square pizza has dough, cheese then sauce on top of the cheese, then toppings on top of the sauce. It was hardy and delicious.It was very hot out the oven, so we asked for knife and forks but the crust was so thick and crispy it was very difficult to cut through and too hot to pull with your fingers. But I managed to cut mine with some effort into it. The crust is thick and crispy. Anyone complaining about too much bread, I just ask, why did you order the thick square pizza then? If you like thin crust, get a thin crust. But why lower your review knowing you don't like thick pizza? Yeah it is a lot of dough but also a lot of sauce and didn't feel dry or hard to eat. The dough is crispy and delicious. I love their crust.Ok the sauce is worthy of it's own review. It's amazing. The classic pepperoni and the Sausage/Mushroom was the same sauce. It was really good. My favorite pizza was hands down, the Red and White pizza. It had Ricotta cheese and the sauce was more bold and zesty with more flavor then their traditional sauce. Definitely going to try that next time.They had pepsi and diet pepsi. Then an assortment of different drinks that looked custom made. So they didn't have root beer or dr. pep or sprite. Not that I could see.Really good pizza. I am coming back here to try other flavors for sure. Don't listen to the super picky reviews and just try it. It's worthy pizza.

Carlos was the man, I just went into the shop because I wanted to smell the Pizza because it smelled good from a far. Upon entering it smelled beautiful and I had to get a slice of the cheese PIZZA and put honey on it and it was very good. I’ll be coming back for more
