The bbq is great. We've been there 3X on this vacation. The only thing that annoyed me was that it was a Friday night @ 5p. They had a valet in the parking lot ( which is immediately next to the building). They were charging $7 /car to park it. To me, that is just greedy. Other than that, everything was good!

Great baby back ribs. We really enjoyed the basket of baby back ribs. The potato skins were good but a little bit overcooked.

We have been going to Naples Rib Co for 30 years. It's my fav restaurant in Long Beach. The grilled artichokes are excellent, and there is no better place for ribs.

Our server takes forever with our appetizer, food and even our providing our bill. Some servers apologized that our server is serving a family gathering in their party room. However this is not a valid excuse. Team leader need to step up to ensure that all guests are well attended with their needs. Just because they have an event they just did not give us the service we deserve. It was my daughter's birthday and it was just frustrating experience.

First time here, had reservations for saturday at 3p, we were shown to our seat promptly, we had a wonderful server help us. Blonde woman with tattoos (cant recall her name) but she was so nice and very quick. Would recommend

I ordered a dinner salad. It was supposed to come out before the food, but did not. I had to cancel it. The meats were very dry and the Mac n cheese was gross. When we told the waitress, she said that no one likes their Mac n cheese. Maybe she could have told us when everyone at our table ordered it? We will not be going back.

We genuinely love this restaurant and have always had great experiences here, which is why this visit stood out a bit. We had a reservation, but when we arrived things felt a little chaotic. We waited about five minutes at the door before being acknowledged, and while we didn't mind waiting to be seated, we kept being told “just five more minutes,” which stretched on a bit. Once we were finally seated, another couple was sat next to us shortly after and had their order taken right away, while we were overlooked. After about 20 minutes without service, we checked back in with the host to see if we had been assigned a server. We assumed it might have just been the New Year's Eve rush, although we've visited Naples during even busier times and haven't experienced this before. We arrived around 7:30 and didn't leave until about 9:30, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we still really enjoy this place and the food is always solid—we're hoping this was just an off night during a hectic holiday.

I would just like to say I ordered a very big order the other night for the guys at my work and it turned out perfect they were so professional about everything they made sure that I got all my food and A went above and beyond she just make sure my order was right and I really appreciate it I will be going there again and a special shout out goes to the girl at the front for double checking that my Order order was right

First off, we've been a number of times and we like to take out of town visitors to NRC for a treat they are not likely to forget. That was the case last night. My nephew and his wife were in town and ready for some ‘carnage. This did not disappoint! Getting there early is definitely the way to go. Seating is quick, service is quick and courteous and the food is as fresh as it can be. Elmer was with us the entire time and everything came out hot and succulent, just like you want your ribs to be. 5 out of 5 Stars yet again.
