Terrible customer service, I ask about something that was on the menu and she had a very bad attitude, I sad if you don’t serve it any more you should remove it from the menu and her response was I JUST WORK HERE! I was going to go but I was with my daughter and I just let it go. My daughters order was messed up thankfully someone a little nicer was there too and changed. Never coming back again!

Not what unexpected for sure. It wasn’t very clean the floor was dirty and it wasn’t busy. As I was paying I noticed the floor full of fruits that had dropped and there were two girls and only one other person besides me. As I waited for my drink I noticed the entire time I was there about 20 min no one bothered to pick anything up and maybe one person every 5 min came in. The girls were not friendly and looked like they couldn’t wait for their next break. I had higher expectations for this place. I won’t be retuning here.

Really tasty whey smoothies. Only issue is your guys' card reader needs to be replaced. I have a card that doesn't have a chip and your reader can't read card swipes. If you can replace the reader that'd be great. Thanks.

I said no coconut and still got coconut even though I’m allergic. And they didn’t give me chia pudding but that literally doesn’t matter cause they make my order completely inedible. Do not go here unless you go inside and watch them as they make your food

I walked into the store the two associates working they looked at me, didn’t speak didn’t say anything one just kept working another one walked to the back. It’s kind of no surprise, but wow amazing that these places have any business at all judging by a lot of the one star reviews I’m not the only one.

Only 1 tiny scoop of acai is included in their acai bowls! I had to ask for another. I was not happy with this even after another mini scoop was added. No coconut no honey. It looks like strawberry ice cream. I want my acai to be a rich acai color and flavor. Barely any granola. I will not be back here
