I walked into the store the two associates working they looked at me, didn’t speak didn’t say anything one just kept working another one walked to the back. It’s kind of no surprise, but wow amazing that these places have any business at all judging by a lot of the one star reviews I’m not the only one.

So I brought my dad here today for Veterans Day for him to try smoothie . I know it's a freebie for him but I also did purchase a smoothie for myself . The customer service here was not pleasant at all it's as if they didn't want give the smoothie to him even though the website says the offer it for the Vets . I was in disbelief how they treated him . One of the ladies even got on the phone to call and make sure all he have to show was ID and then made a comment to the other lady that was making the smoothie if all that was for us because it looked like too much. She wasn't aware I purchased one as well she went back to double check . I think it will be hard to comeback after this although I love their smoothies and ambiance usually . I did not like the attitude and disrespect my father got here today . I really hope they work on their customer service and treat everyone with respect whether they are paying or not .

Only 1 tiny scoop of acai is included in their acai bowls! I had to ask for another. I was not happy with this even after another mini scoop was added. No coconut no honey. It looks like strawberry ice cream. I want my acai to be a rich acai color and flavor. Barely any granola. I will not be back here

They have an interesting drink selections. I got the pink flamingo. I taste mostly pineapple juice and this interesting taste afterward that I think is from coconut water. They have a Kirby special. Service was good. Drinks makes me feel more healthier or energetic. I'd probably get an acai bowl next time.

I ordered a banana strawberry bowl and added PB on top. For $13 I got a row of bananas 4 strawberry slices a few blueberries and a dab of PB. Will never come to this location ag
I got thePeanut Butter Acai Bowl at Nekter Juice Bar and it was meh. Sadly, the service was also a disaster. I waited 25 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable. The flavors didn't impress, leaving me underwhelmed. The staff seemed disorganized, showing no remorse for the delay. Prompt service is essential, and Nekter failed to deliver. Overall, my visit was disappointing. The bowl lacked flavor and the slow, indifferent service left a sour taste. Improvement is needed in both food quality and service efficiency. Not recommended.

I said no coconut and still got coconut even though I’m allergic. And they didn’t give me chia pudding but that literally doesn’t matter cause they make my order completely inedible. Do not go here unless you go inside and watch them as they make your food

I live nearby so I frequent this shopping plaza often and I thought I'd try Nekter today since it was hot. I was craving an Açaí bowl and ordered the one with banana and berries and it was $10. I thought it was okay, portion was good but it didn't really taste sweet. I prefer Berry Brand and Blue Bowl more for açaí bowls. They also make juices and smoothies as well.
