This place looks real nice food was delicious.only had issues with them charging me twice on my card also gave the waiter a tip in cash but they still charged themselves another 25 dollar tip and also still charged me again twice for the same thing . Be cautious. Manger was real unprofessional and didn’t explain well .

Everyone was so nice and professional atmosphere is so beautiful especially if you’re a pink girly girl. The food was good but lacked a little bit of seasoning. The only con was the boat ride, the curly haired guy who gives you a ride. I have vertigo so I was skeptical about getting on the boat, but I did want to get on it cause it was my birthday so when I get on the boat and it was shaking a little I said woah he goes wait I know you’re scared because you can’t swim mind yo I’m African-American I said what would make you think that? he says duh because you’re black I’m black too and he’s obviously Caucasian and he proceeds to cuss and use foul language in front of me and my daughter the whole boat ride was very uncomfortable with him then he asked did I have the chicken out of all the things I could’ve eaten. He asked if I had the chicken another stereotype which really kind of put a damper on the good time that I had at Nigel‘s

A good time. It was something different to do. Lots to see when you walk in, color scheme is cute. It is a good spot for brunch. My only recommendation would be to update the comfort of the seating arrangements. Booths are a little akward, table to plates is a bit of a reach. Overall a good spot and service was great!

This place is top tier! The showmanship to the food- everything was incredible. I’ve never had more yummy drinks or charismatic waitstaff and they host such wonderful events! Wicked Wednesday was such a magical evening! I’m definitely coming back and bringing all of my friends. This spot is perfect for a special event or anyone who loves pink! And they have Duffy boats too! I don’t know what else you could ask for Nigel’s is truly a dream come true.

The ambiance is great and our server was too. The only issue was they ran out of almost everything we ordered from apps to drinks and main courses. This was during Sunday brunch so you'd think they'd have better supply chain management.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, but I hope this helps the restaurant improve. My friends and I visited last night, and unfortunately the entire experience was very disappointing.
The servers were unfriendly, and we had to ask multiple times for basic things like blankets, water, and even utensils—none of which were brought out unless we reminded them. The tomato soup was served cold, and the risottos were unevenly cooked. When we asked for the soup to be warmed, they brought us a warm one, and then another server brought a second one again, which shows a serious lack of communication among the staff.
When we mentioned that the risotto wasn’t properly cooked, the server didn’t take any action. We also told them it was someone’s birthday, but the server didn’t even seem aware of it.
What made the situation worse was how they responded when we shared our concerns. They explained the poor service by saying they had a big party that night, yet they still enforced a mandatory 20% tip. And most concerning, we were charged for four shots of tequila that we never ordered.
I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously. The service, communication, and overall organization need significant improvement before this can be considered a good dining experience.

This was the most perfect experience ever! The food was amazing, the service was incredible and the ambience was beautiful! Our waiters Kim and Julian were absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend coming.
Had the Best time at Nigel’s!!! The pretty in pink Christmas bar is amazing! The bar is literally glowing! Megan did an amazing custom making a cocktail with a different liquor for me. I accidentally forgot to tell them I had a food allergy but the management took care of it so quickly and kindly.

We heard about Nigel’s from a friend and we thought it would be a great place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Our food was delicious and for the first time none of us had to ask for a doggie bag. Our waitress was awesome and we loved the pink details and the Christmas decorations especially the pink trees. The complimentary Duffy boat ride will have to wait until another visit. I visited Nigel's to celebrate my best friends birthday and we had such an amazing time. We enjoyed ourselves the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the friendly staff. The atmosphere of this restaurant is gorgeous, with the interior reminding you of retro Miami. The food was delicious and the flavors definitely connected to the waterfront vibes.
After dinner we were able to experience a complimentary boat ride. (I believe they are offered every wednesday and thursday, check with staff) It was such great time, throughout our experience, all of the staff were so amazing to us. Nigel's is a restaurant I would recommend for a casual dinner date, celebrating a special occasion, etc. It would be an enjoyable time! :)

Due to the heavy incoming rains I called days in advance to confirm they could accommodate my reservation and was assured they were prepared. On the day of my pre planned reservation, and my birthday, they cancelled stating they could not accommodate my party. That's a horrible way to run a business and an awful start to someone's special day.
