I have been a member of this gym for many years, and I always like it here. It's very clean and welcoming for everyone. It's a nice environment to come and have a good workout. Geo, the manager, is a very cool guy and very helpful for all your needs. I really recommend this bellflower location.

Well it's that time of the year, gotta get my dad bod ready for the river. I'd like to start off by saying I don't visit too many gym's. However, that has all changed now for the better. I have found the one! I would like to acknowledge Giovanni for being a superstar employee. He makes you feel welcome, empowered, & at home when you visit this gym. It's like going to see family, the kind of family you actually like. He answered many questions I had regarding machines, programs, personal training and any other services the gym has to offer (believe me, there is a lot) with great professionalism. I wish there were more employees like him at places like this. Tell a friend, tell a family member, registering is quick and hassle free with no pressure. Trust me, you won't regret it. Because of Giovanni, they've made me a customer for life. LA fitness, you've got an ace in your team.

Initially, I had no intention of joining right away, but thanks to Gio's encouragement and motivation, I decided to take the plunge. Moreover, the offer presented to me was quite appealing. I signed up for the free pass to try it out before choosing a permanent gym. When I got there they assigned me to Geo Metro. Dude was so pushy into getting me signed up even tho I told him MULTIPLE times I haven't even tried the gym so I'm not COMFORTABLE signing up yet. Dude keeps going on and on about this deal that only happens TODAY & TODAY ONLY (10 days later I still keep getting text about the same deal).. I'm in sales I know how it is but god he was way too pushy, doesn't listen to his clients and seems too desperate. I stopped going after that one day. He wasted an hour of my life and acted like I wasted his ???

Not a pleasant place to work out. Too dark, too dim. Kinda dingy. Equipment seems old. Not fun for me.

Great classes (especially Zumba!). I'm also making this review to detail the lack of security in the parking lot. This evening, I witnessed a van pull up and steal someone's catalytic converter (from a Prius). There's no security, so if you have a Prius (or other targeted car) be sure to park your car in the middle aisle and closer to the gym. And be sure to have a cage for your converter. LA Fitness should hire security to prevent this kind of thing.

This is a great location. I was having trouble with my membership at the traffic circle location, also in Long Beach. I cams to this location and the GM Gio Metro. Hooked it up. Took care of my issue within minutes, something the other GM Jose at the traffic circle said he couldn't do. Awesome staff and a cleaner club overall.
