I have visited this establishment several times with my son. Today, I intended to treat him in celebration of his winter break. However, upon entering, I perceived a lack of professionalism from the cashier. She failed to acknowledge our presence upon arrival and remained silent until my five-year-old son initiated the interaction by requesting a smoothie. As I required assistance selecting a caffeinated beverage, her lack of assistance was disappointing. Therefore, I do not anticipate returning.

Customer service is terrible; there is a hand written sign that says out of honey & brown sugar boba. With all the options I assumed it was a mixture of the two. That is not the case so then I asked for a refund. That then took I guess a couple phone calls and someone coming to the store from another location to give me a refund.
Then she says I should get the refund but she didn’t have a receipt to give to me showing a refund. She was eventually able to send the void receipt via text. So that worked out.

This place is very sweet, I am a student at lbcc and this is the closest place where I can get Korean styled corn dogs + boba when I crave some, their service is very fast, efficient, and the cashiers are always respectful. I also love that they have the place very well decorated, have animal crossing videos/kpop music playing or videos projected on the wall for a more cozy space to come have a boba date and chat. Their bathroom is also fairly nice, tables and floors are pretty clean.

Very friendly and professional it’s the BEST ice coffee boba plus other boba’s flavor. It’s so fresh. Stop by, you will go back again.

Tried 4 different bobas (Dalgona coffee, Taro slush, Mango slush, and Red bean) and all were delicious! I highly recommend them. Will definitely get them again when I’m back in town. Owners were super friendly.

wow, I'm sorry it took me so long to try this place. they have a looot of options, and they all sound so good. I had the sweet potato dog, and it was incredible! the mustard cheese sauce is a star. their Boba is also very good - I had roasted rice milk tea with brown sugar boba. Just the right sweetness for me and a nice complex flavor. I already have a mental list of other menu items I need to try. The spicy dog was sold out this time so ?
