I have been here so many times over the years and everyone I bring has loved it. They have figured out how to deliver consistent high-quality food and great service. Always a pleasure to come here and get any of the lamb dishes and those addicting potatoes with garlic sauce.

Compared to many of the other Mediterranean restaurants, the food wasn't the greatest but the service and the atmosphere was great! The food was little bland and the shrimp was too little and too much rice and the bread fell apart.

An absolutely top notch restaurant & experience. Four of us gals ordered 3 apps & each of us ordered an entree. It was a ton of food but it was so good that we ate almost every bite. We were seated in a room by ourselves (by our request) and they were a little slow getting to us. The manager (owner?) and the rest of the staff spent the evening apologizing and making sure we didn’t want for anything. Charming restaurant and charmingly attentive staff with incredibly fresh food. What more could you ask for?!?

We loved the authentic Lebanese food there! The food and the atmosphere and service are fabulous.
After multiple friends had suggested Open Sesame we finally made the drive north for lunch. We love Mediterranean food and this Lebanese restaurant sounded fabulous. Though the food certainly over delivered, it was the hospitality that made the experience five star. We were immediately greeted with a smile and a welcome by the hostess (I believe her name was Gabby). She even brought our service dog a bowl of water after seating us! Our server Ben was enthusiastic about the restaurant and the menu. But Iman (I believe he's the manager) is the reason our lunch experience was so memorable. He was engaging, uber-attentive & pleasantly knowledgeable. We felt like we were being welcomed into his home for a meal. What a joy!
On to the food: We ordered the Mezza sampler (Tabbouleh, Labneh, olives, Hummus, stuffed grape leaves & tzatziki with lots of fresh pita) and the Grilled Halloumi cheese & watermelon. The Mezza sampler delivered on every level. Classic flavors and textures. Especially the labneh! So good! But it was the grilled Halloumi & watermelon that stole the show. Salty & smokey & tangy with the cool, sweet crunch of the watermelon & just a hint of mint...the perfect summer bite! Thanks again, Open Sesame (And Iman!). You made our Saturday lunch one we'll always remember.

This is a very noisy, congested restaurant. The outdoor sidewalk seating and especially the “Parklet” in the street are overwhelmed with traffic noise and exhaust fumes, especially from motorcycles. The food is good, there is no ambiance. You have to shout to be heard.
