Very tasty baked goods. I enjoyed the ube pan de sal and sesame balls. I also had the bbq pork and sausage with rice. Extremely friendly service. Will definitely come back again and try their other goodies.

Dude, where's all the meat? First time visiting this spot. Ordered the BBQ beef sandwich and went back home only to find a few pieces of meat inside. Bread was hard af.

Ordered combo #2 to go. The combo consists of 2-shrimp spring rolls, fries, and iced Thai tea with no boba. Spring rolls: Each roll is individually wrapped, and they are made to order. The dipping sauce is a fish sauce with chili. This is a great dish for hot summer days. Fries: Also freshly made and seasoned with salt. Thai tea: Tasted not too sweet and very creamy. Ambiance: Mom and Pop shop with a lot to offer, bakery, Vietnamese dishes, Vietnamese sandwiches, fruits, frozen egg rolls, etc. Staffs are nice. Price: The combo I got only $9 which I think is unbeatable. Overall: This place is a hidden gem, will definitely come back and try other food!

Check your bread, we bought some ube rolls and one of them had white fuzzy mold in it. Obviously not fresh.The smoothies are great and the bánh mì is pretty good.

Great iced Vietnamese coffee! Love that even after ice has melted, the rich & smooth caramel taste remains perfectly blended with the strong coffee. Well kept little shop. Friendly customer service. Great hours. New favorite spot

We love this place at work! Super friendly ladies that help you out every time and get you what you need/want. We always get the Longanisa bread and the Vietnamese iced coffee! I haven't tried the coffee since I don't drink caffeine, but everyone at work loves it. I like their spring rolls and avocado smoothie, as well. I get both every time I buy the Longanisa bread for everyone.It's been a while since I've tried anything new, but they have tons of goodies. I would recommend anything and everything. Note: Bring cash because using a credit card adds a 3.5% fee.

Decided to try this place since i usually get Bahn Mis next door at boba tea house, they have since raised the prices and put very little meat in their baguettes so i tried JP Goods and was so glad i came !! The bahn mis are tastier, larger, more flavorful inside toppings, more meat, AND more affordable. on a second trip i decided to try their hand foods, i filled two small bags with an assortment of different delicacies, both savory and sweet types i got 8 different kinds! And my total was $11.50!! And it was all so tasty and flavorful! So glad this place is open. And the two people who attended me were so sweet and attentive, i believe they are the owners. FYI They accept all major credit cards, debit and cash.

I came here after seeing they have a banh mi for $6 and it honestly did not disappoint. I love that the price is super affordable! The bread was freshly made and it was so crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The pork was well marinated and the pickled veggies + cucumber was so fresh. This is a small mom and pop shop and the employees were so kind! I'll definitely be back for more! They also have food in display cases and desserts you can purchase so I'll definitely be trying those as well!
