Original Roadhouse Grill

Almost identical to Texas Roadhouse.

I liked the bread roll, the strawberry lemonade and the baked beans.
ButI didn't like the mac and cheese (dry, overcooked and tasteless) or the meats (dry, unseasoned and burnt on the outside).

Cocktails were well crafted. Unfortunately didn't think the food stood out, primarily the meat dishes.

My daughter and I visited this restaurant, hoping for a similar experience as the Corona location:
It is the complete opposite.
The food was nothing like the other one as far as options and taste and the service was very slow

Delicious food. They really know how to prepare a rare steak. So many other places have me sending the steak back due to overcooking. Service is great. Food is great. Has become one of our favorite restaurants!

We went to the original Roadhouse grill because we were hungry for a steak. We paid around 75.00 was are total bill tip and all. Couldn't have been more disappointed. The steaks were awful. I don't even think they were filet mignons. I think they were using a different cut of meat cheaper cut and making it round to look like a filet mignon but it wasn't. Both of our steaks were awful. When I first cut into the steak the knife wouldn't cut it. It had gristle or something running through the steak the knife wouldn't cut it. It was like playing a violin back and forth back and forth making a noise like you were trying to cut rubber or something. When I finally got a bite I chewed it and I couldn't split it apart so it would go down so I could swallow it so I had to pull the whole thing out chewed up and all and it had this string or whatever running through it that was holding it together. The entire steak and I couldn't have been a filet mignon filet mignons are not like that they're tender they melt in your mouth you don't have to chew on this just go down automatically but not with this steak because like I said it had this stuff running through it that you can pull it out after you chewed it up you can pull it out of your mouth like a string. And every bite was like that. My companion ask me how was the steak I just shook my head. He tried his same thing so I don't think they were even filet mignons. And we had other things with a meal that also we're not very good but that was our fault on that part that we didn't like them. But the steaks I would not order them. Or at least not what they called filet mignon. Try a cheaper steak and see how bad it is before ordering the filet mignon and spending all that money for a meal.

Now this was a place we stumbled on last week after my In-law's home going! The food was on point! One of the best burgers I had hands down! Great quality of meat! Excellent service and great happy hour deals!

We were with family, it's been a long time eating at a Roadhouse, it was so good, staff very friendly, service was terrific. My family go there all the time, wished we had one in our area. It was great.

Juicyness of the meat was really really amazing

Whoever said this place tastes like Texas Roadhouse is out of their mind!!! First off the rolls and butter had a sour taste to them. No one will ever compare to Texas Roadhouse rolls and butter. Next, the salad was not that great. The salmon was over cooked in some areas and not cooked in some. The sweet potato was ok. Our waitress was fine. That is all.
