The food was OK.I ordered Prime Rib. The cut was not what I'm used to getting. It was flat and marbled with lots of fat. The ribs were good. Our server was very attentive and very nice. All in all, I probably would not return.

Went to this spot for my sister's birthday with my close family. It was pretty empty for a weekend (Sunday) even though the parking lot was pretty packed but think that was because of the other spots near by. The workers were friendly from the get go and were on top of the refills and when we needed something. The only thing I have to complain about is my rib eye, it was cooked medium well even though I ordered it medium rare. I thought at first they had given me the wrong steak but the plastic pick they put in the steak to show what type of steak it is had said medium rare so I knew then that they just overcooked my steak. Decided to even use the A1 sauce for my steak, the only time I've used that sauce is when I didn't know how to order a steak, would always order it well done and drain it with A1 sauce. Feels like I would've preferred it being undercooked a bit than overcooked. But besides the steaks cooking temperature, everything was ok, not sure if I would choose this spot anytime soon though, not sure why but just feels that way.

Making reservations was super easy.Didn't have to wait to order drinks once seated and rolls were hot and fresh.Main entrees were an issue. Cold baked potatoes, make, and cheese isn't good. Sirloins are pretty tiny no matter the option of 6 or 9oz and mainly are fat what was there was under cooked and our waiter Didn't come back around for a while to let them know. We understood we were a larger party, but everyones meals came out separate, so we all ate at different times.

If you want your everyday BBQ and aren't looking for anything special this isn't a bad place to go. I do think the quality has gone down hill since COVID. If you do stop by I highly recommend the Texas jalapeño egg rolls! The regular house salad is actually better than most places.

#1. Music was very loud! Hard to talk to each other. #2. Service was very slow! Had to ask a few times for bread and peanuts. #3. Food was very bad!!! Steak was dry and mostly fat. Pork chops were dry!! Mac and cheese tasted like from Stoffers Drinks were all ice and had not much flavor of alcahol at all. Very watered down. We had guests from PA. We were so embarrassed taking tgem here. We will never come here again. Do yourself a favor. Don't come here.

If you're hankering for a honky tonk like western flavored atmosphere and just delicious food, this is the place. The mushroom cheeseburger is wood fired and one of the best I've ever had. No kidding. Wings are great. Good, fresh salads and desserts. Our waitress was perfect.The price is right. Bring the kids and grandparents. Just a nice experience for all.Super bar area just like in your favorite western movies.Plenty of parking. Don't miss this!

I just experienced one of the worst experiences I ever had eating out. My husband and I have been to roadhouse before but never experienced service like this. Our server was A. ( I'll keep the name private) and he was quick and short upon greeting us. I ordered a house salad it and when he brought he basically toasted it across my way. The salad plate itself did not even look like it was clean. It had bacon bits on top which I was never asked if I wanted. We ordered our food and that was also abrupt. Luckily he didn't bring our food out because he might have tossed that too. It seemed like we weren't the only people who were not happy with A. I kept seeing people faces after he took their order. A. asked us if everything came out alright and as he was asking he was walking away as though he really didn't care. When we were finished he didn't ask if we enjoyed the meal only if we were interested in "sweets". We said no thank you. He brought the check real quick and was standing over my husband as he paid.. like to see his tip. Needless to say the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot say we will be back.The booth we sat out smelled like cleaning products which is nice to know they clean but it's like it didn't dry. The food was just alright. We spent $67 for bad service and mediocre food.

I haven't had such a bad meal in a very long time. The best thing I tasted was the free bread they serve. We ordered burgers and had to wait almost 30 minutes for them. The place was practically empty. When we did get our food, it was cold, The burgers were bland and dry, and the fries were soggy. We won't come back and recommend you avoid it.

I took my friend there on a Saturday night to get prime rib for his bday. After ordering drinks and waiting a while for our orders to finally be taken we found out there is no prime rib. And the service sucked big time.
