Went yesterday to have dinner. Upon arriving we were not greeted they just grabbed menus and sat us down. We were not given utensils and the waitress did not come to check on how we were doing once. We had to keep calling her over. And my Mac and cheese was cold.

I had one star at first, but after speaking to the manger, I had to give it 5 stars. Every experience is not going to be the best experience, but I love how the manager explained what the problem was and he owned up to it. If you show concern and give a sincere apology, then there is no need for one star. Kudos to John and the manager!

This Steak house was my go to place years ago. Unfortunately the fountain drinks/soda had a sour taste, i brought this matter up to the waitress she offer to give me another drink in which it still taste the same. Never have I ever experienced anything like this in my life I will not be returning to Outback.

My sister and I had a great experience at the Outback in Long Beach. We got to sit outside with the beautiful view of the Queen Mary even though there weren’t servers outside yet. Luis, the manager, took care of us himself until Michael could jump in…and both were fantastic. Luis was kind and attentive, and Michael was great too. The food was delicious, and the service made it even better! We love hanging out on the patio!
Julissa offered exceptional customer service throughout our visit!!! She was very sweet & attentive right away for our ToGo order. She made our 1st time experience at this restaurant very pleasant.
