I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews, since I also work in the service industry. But our waitress was so rude, I was honestly shocked. Kristina M. took 45min to bring our blooming onion, and our steaks never came. After an hour and a half we finally asked for our food to go. She did not check on us, did not bring any refills for water. We barely saw her. We were not the only people in her section who were neglected. When we finally got her attention, she was extremely short and ignored us when we tried to ask for the check. If I could leave zero stars I would. Definitely not returning to this location.

The food was perfectly cooked meat was tender fell right off the bone and I had a really great server named Cedric, actually everyone was nice to be honest they have a wonderful team that works Late PM SHIFT. Thank you for being so nice and accepting my service dog out on the patio it was accomodating and peaceful and warm. I will be back next week

Everything was great, with the exception of the salad I ordered with grilled Salmon The menu stated that the salad is made with mixed greens. That is Not true. The salad is made with chopped iceburg lettuce (which is hard and bitter). There were no mixed greens. I also ordered the French onion soup The soup was somewhat bland Not much of an onion flavor.

I've had very good steak here and the worst steak ever (at the same location), most of the food is pretty bland and definitely doesn't look like the images in the menu, the staff are polite but don't actually care if you have an issue with the food, when you see a customer barely ate a $40 entree and doesn't ask for a box then maybe you should enquire about why that is, I rarely come here anymore because it feels like the quality isn't like it used to be, tonight reminded me of why I should stay away

First customers of the day. No one else in restaurant. First, the coffee was COLD, lunch steak special was …..funny? I was not looking for all you can eat lol,… but serving size was a JOKE. Service at 11 Am was HORRIBLE… had to continually ask for our server, he forgot to bring our drink, or check on us. Bad experience.
