My husband and I were driving around downtown Long Beach and decided to stop in. We had a slight mishap, I will not leave along, but will focus more on the solution. Our waiter, whose name I don’t know unfortunately, went to the GM, Marti, without us requesting one, and she came over and quickly rectified the situation. What stood out to me most was that she said we were in her house and she wants us to be happy and comfortable when we visit. She also checked on us in addition to our waiter throughout the night. She changed our experience and because of her, we will be back.

Absolutely wonderful experience at P.F. Chang’s Long Beach. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was on point, but the standout was the service at the bar. Kenneth, the bartender, noticed a small issue and fixed it before I even had to ask—that level of awareness and professionalism is rare and so appreciated. It made the entire experience feel thoughtful and seamless. Everything else was fantastic as well. I’ll definitely be back!
