Food was mediocre and we had horrible service. Our booth was covered in sauce and it took 10 mins to get someone to pick up a rag and clean it up. Drinks were about a 20-30 min wait every time.

Big conference made the atmosphere really loud and bristly. The good news is the manament and staff worked really hard to give exemplary service!

First time visiting a P.F. Chang's and what a disappointment. Atmosphere is terrible. Loud club music in a Chinese restaurant? Food was cold and no flavor. Very bland. Service was at least good but nothing special. Here's a tip. When you think you want to go to this place, go to Panda instead. It's half the price and tastes better.

We have seen those Chinese products that have translated Chinese words into English and failed miserably.
That’s PF Changs.
Wonton soup is wontons and a few Vegs.
War wonton soup is what they serve. This has added shrimp, mushrooms and chicken bits added to the soup.
And they don’t even recognize nation chop stick day.

I went in for some take out, the service was really good, the guy who took my order was very polite and helpful, but the good is awful. I ordered some spring rolls and they had no taste, god only knows what was inside of those rolls. The crab meat wontons were some much deep fried, that it was hard as stone, and the sauce tasted like mold. To dumplings were ok, but not the best either.

This is a chain restaurant, so there were no surprises about what to expect as we've been to one before. This chang was accommodating to a larger group of us and delivered on the expectation. (A per peeve of mine is a sticky table. The table was clean. However, the carrousel in the table was tacky)

Ditto on all the favorable ratings.It's 4.4 stars. Portions are definitely large. My cup of hot and sour soup was more like a bowl. Loaded with the ingredients. Lots of enticing dishes. Attentive wait staff and manager. Not your neighborhood Chinese restaurant. "I'll be back!"
